Small Gods discussion

Just picked up a copy of Small Gods, and the cover I have seems to be missing, or at least only for ebook versions. Could someone add this cover/edition to this book?

as anyone else got a copy of smallgods that gets to page 144 then goes back to page 97, repeats every page again upto page 144, then skips to page 197, missing half the story, I have all the discworld books ready them all over an over again, but could never get into smallgods allways put it down after a few pages, but last week I finally sat down to read it all, I got right into it then got half way through and it went right back to page 97, I was totally devastated. xx
