((role play))

The little shop was filled with rickety chairs and three-legged tables and cracking old shelves that sagged. Worn tablecloths and faded clothing lined the racks of rusted metal. Guitars missing strings and flutes out of tune were hung with care upon peeling wallpapered walls. Indifferent dolls with missing shoes and rumpled hair stared vacantly. Teddy bears missing ears rested beside the forlorn dolls.
Everything was sad and broken, but to Alice it shone with chances of renewal. She searched the shop for a while, chatting with the poor old owner and gazing in wonder at the used, faded items that filled the second-hand shop.

Emma wlaked in and looked at some old sweaters

"Hey Emma!" Said Alice to her friend as she spotted her at a rack if moth-eaten sweaters. "What brings you here?"

"I don't know I just like this shop. It's interesting. I mean think o the stories that each object holds."

"I know," Alice nods. "I love coming here. The dolls are a little freaky though, with those vacant eyes. EEK!"

"Agreed about tht. And I like some off the clothes here sometimes."

"Yeah- vintage duds!" Alice cheered.

"Love the vintage stuff. Do u like steam punk?"

"Yep-it's pretty cool. I mostly like the stuff that looks like its from the thirties," Alice said.

"Cool! I like the fifties also." Emma leans her head over"look at this dress! I think it's from the fifties. http://s8.thisnext.com/media/largest_... "

"It's beautiful!" Alice exclaims as she runs her hand over the beautiful fabric. She holds it up and asks, "What do you think? Looks like it'll fit either one of us!"

"I'm probably to big to wear it." Even though Emma is really skinny

((She's one year younger than my character. It should fit her :). ))

((Oh ok I forgot that)) "I guess I'll try it on"

"Hey Sam!" Alice waves and starts walking towards Sam.

"I was just hunting around. I love this place! What about you, Sam?" Says Alice.

"Yeah, there's some great vintage stuff here- and you are about my size. Let me give you a hand!"

Alice smiles as she leads Sam through the clothing aisles.

"Yes. It's my favorite holiday."

Alice smiles.

"It's beautiful!" Exclaims Alice. ((Describe it I want to see it and by the way merry christmas!))
