Power: Controls light but doesnt know it. thinks he can just Flash Step (can take one step and can move anywhere within 100ft. instantly), Flash Dance (a series of Flash Steps in which he moves around the enemy slashing him with his sword making it seem like there is more than one of him)
Other: Discovered he had powers and started a group called Kousei. Who's goal is to stop the group Sakurifaisu. With him being the only member he left his safe haven to search for others like him to stop the villains and return peace to the world.
