Hello everyone! I have some news regarding our December 2012 selections. The holidays are here! That's for sure. I've had enough of a hard time finishing up my readings for November, I can't even imagine starting a new book in December along with all the other things going on for the holidays - seeing family, managing the shopping list for Christmas presents, and lay on top of that working crazy hours... well December isn't looking so great when it comes to reading.
As a result I have devised a new approach to our December monthly reading. There will be no polls, and there will be no monthly selection for December. What is going to happen, instead, just for the month of December is that I'd like to keep the discussion folder open for talking about the books we might find ourselves reading that might be of a Global origin.
So! Tell us what you're reading for December, tell us what continent the book is from, tell us why you're reading it, and tell us why we should read it :).
I'm leaving the reading for December open to whatever we would all like to read, and I'm leaving the discussion open to any of the books that we all read.
