I think it's Drake and Diana. Caine is supposed to be really charismatic. The guy on the cover looks mad and a bit like a psychopath. I think he's supposed to be Drake.

I always assumed it was Caine and Diana. I hope so because that's how I've been picturing them through out the series.

That is totally not Drake. It's Caine. If the girl is Diana, It only makes sense that Caine would be with her, and Caine is supposed to be dark haired and good looking. I think that fits the description pretty well.

Yeah, the guy on the cover isn't good looking to me at all. And the Drake/Diana relationship plays an important part in the book. Their hate relationship that is. After all he tries to *you know what* her in the end (I don't want to spoil it but if you read it you know what I mean). I do think they intended him to be Caine but he doesn't look like Caine to me at all. Caine is supposed to be movie star good looking, the dude on the cover doesn't do that for me at all.

It is indeed Caine and Diana!!!! Sam and Astrid was on front cover in Gone but now it's them....

No, I still think it's Drake and Diana. The guy on the cover of 'Fear' is definitely Caine and he doesn't look much like the guy on the cover of 'Hunger' at all.

Oh no, not Quinn! Really? They did a horrible job casting the cover models. Only Astrid and Sam look like I imagined them to.

Quinn looks like I imagined Caine. Caine looks like I imagined Drake (even though I'm still not convinced the guy on Hunger is really Caine. Maybe because I don't want to believe it, I mean he's supposed to be handsome).

I always thought that it was Diana and Caine and I still think it is so yea.....=)

Drake has blonde hair. So, not Drake.

I think it is Caine and Diana because they had Astrid and Sam on the "Gone" cover so it only makes since that they would put 2 other main characters on the next cover.

Th boy is Caine, but the girl is not Diana. Diana has long, black hair, and this girl has red hair.
