Tabs looked at her. "I didn't used to. I still went, and I was always glad I did."
((Sure thing))
A young woman stepped out from a nearby room. "Hannah to see Dr Carney?" she said, in a soft, warm voice. Her eyes were kind and inviting.

She opened the door wide.
Tabs looked at Hannah, Johnny still in her arms. "You okay or want company?"

Dr Carney smiled and shut the door, before sitting down at her desk. "How can I help you?"
Dr Carney leant back in her chair. "You know there's full confidentiality for my patients, right?" she said easily. "But there's no rush. Take you time."
"Okay. And what makes you say that?"
"Okay. And when did you start seeing these?"
"So this was following a NDE? Well, there could be any number of reasons for the lights you see. The important thing to do is not label yourself. You're not crazy."
Tabitha waved to Johnny as he disappeared.
"Have you ever considered the possibility of these puzzles being real?"
Tabs frowned. "Johnny, where have you been?"
Tabs frowned. "Johnny, where have you been?"
"Now. What do you want me to help you with? Would you rather try some medication now? Or see how it goes?"
Tabitha looked at him in surprise. "Why? Are you allowed over there?"

"N-no."
Tabitha looked at him in surprise. "Why? Are you allowed over there?""
"N-no."
Dr Carney smiled warmly. "Then that's absolutely fine. How about we book another appointment for two months time instead?"
Tabitha frowned. "Well, probably best not to be going there then, hm? I don't really want to be slayed by your mother for going there."
Tabitha frowned. "Well, probably best not to be going there then, hm? I don't really want to be slayed by your mother for going there."
She rummaged through her paperwork and filled in a form. "Two months today. Okay, brilliant. Now, would you like to talk about it? Or anything else?"
Tabitha stroked him as she waited.
Tabitha stroked him as she waited.
Dr Carney smiled. "That is completely up to you. Though sometimes talking helps and it might allow me to get a better idea of what's going on?"

"Well... if you want, and you feel like you'd be happy to do so, you could tell me about this near death experience."
"That's understandable. You may not be able to remember everything clearly. Like the pain."
"Okay. So, since then, you've been seeing coloured lights?"
"And can you describe them a little more? What do they do? Can you see them now?"
"And do they bother you? Or cause you any pain?" she asked, making notes.
"Okay. Well, if you don't want to look at any medical alternatives, are you happy to leave it for 2 months?"
"Tabs? As in Tabitha? Oh yes, she's a patient of mine. Well, if you don't want to try anything, that is up to you. Don't let her feelings push you into it."
Dr Carney looked at her carefully. "Are you sure? There maybe one or two things you can try, but you might prefer to wait a while."
Dr Carney pulled out a booklet and then went on to explain some basic meds Hannah could try for paranoia and hallucinations, not very strong.
Dr Carney filled out a form. "Take this to reception and they'll sort you out. I hope to see you in two months, Hannah."
Tabitha got up as Hannah came out. "So?"
Tabs nodded, relieved. "That's good."
Tabs smiled. "It'll be fine, don't worry."
Tabs sighed. "Come on. Let's go."
((I think I need to make one, one sec))
