Lately I have noticed an abundance of book covers with only the lower or upper half of the body showing. So I figured I would exploit that for this task.

Read 2 books- Book 1 AND Book 2

Book 1 Read a book with a hand(s) on the cover. Other body parts may be shown, but not feet or complete lower bodies. The hand(s) may be in gloves, mittens, etc.
Ex.
Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close by Jonathan Safran Foer Pizza, Love, and Other Stuff That Made Me Famous by Kathryn Williams Twilight (Twilight, #1) by Stephenie Meyer In One Person by John Irving

Book 2: Read a book with a foot/feet on the cover. Other body parts may be shown, but not hands. The foot/feet may be in shoes, socks, etc.
Ex
Industrial Magic by Kelley Armstrong Lost It by Kristen Tracy One Moment by Kristina McBride Heat Wave by Nancy Thayer Good Grief by Lolly Winston
Required: Please include a link to both of the covers when you post.

For hands I read C. E. Murphy's Urban Shaman. Though I generally enjoy urban fantasy this book failed to really grab my attention. It tended to drag, most likely because this book is setting up for a long running series. 410pgs

Perfect You by Elizabeth Scott

For feet I read Perfect You by Elizabeth Scott. It was a light easy read. While it isn't particularly memorable it was still a cute story. 282 pgs

Jane | 47 comments The Paris Wife by Paula McLain feet The Paris Wife by Paula McLain I really enjoyed this piece of historical fiction. If you love Hemingway, you will enjoy this read. It seems fairly true to fact and seems to accurately portray the early days in Paris as Hemingway struggles to make himself known in literary circles.

Bluegrass State of Mind by Kathleen Brooks I read Bluegrass State of Mind by Kathleen Brooks for the hands portion of this challenge. Set in Kentucky and derby, this is a mystery/ romance. I was left disappointed by the ending as this book is apparently followed by a sequel that brings the story to a truly satisfying conclusion.
