Caesar Flickerman — announcer and commentator of the Hunger Games with Claudius Templesmith, along with his own talk show in which he interviews each tribute.

Delly- The girl who knew peeta when he was younger and helped him get his memory back once he was hijacked.

Enobaria- She is a female tribute from District 2. She was the victor of the 62nd Hunger Games when she was Katniss' age in Catching Fire, which is 17. She is known to have ripped a male tribute's throat out with her teeth. After she won her Games, she had her teeth altered to be sharp and pointy. She is part of the Career pack, along with Gloss, Cashmere, and Brutus. She is one of the six tributes who survived the 75th Hunger Game. She is captured by the Capitol, but is rescued by District Thirteen in Mockingjay. After the rescue, Boggs tells Katniss and Haymitch that they doubted Enobaria was being held by the Capitol, since she was from District 2. Enobaria later takes part in the vote on whether or not to hold a final Hunger Games.

Hazelle Hawthorne (just to beat that)-
She looks like Anakin Skywalker's Mum in my mind... She's a washer woman and worked and lived in District 12. She began bringing up Gale alone when he was 13- she is a Mum of four though. Haymitch hired her after the Games.

Johanna Mason- She is a female tribute from District 7. Sarcastic and mean-spirited, Johanna's first meeting with Katniss involves her stripping naked out of her tree costume in order to make Katniss uncomfortable. She reveals that she has no friends or family in District 7 during the 75th Hunger Games, stating "there is no one left I love." She won her original Hunger Games by pretending she was a weakling and a coward, so no one regarded her as a threat, but when only a few tributes remained, she revealed herself as a vicious killer. Johanna teams up with Katniss, Peeta, and Finnick in the Quarter Quell, bringing Beetee and Wiress with her. Johanna takes part in the committee to keep Katniss and Peeta alive, and helps by protecting Katniss throughout the Games. Near the end of Catching Fire she removes the tracker in Katniss' arm by cutting it out with a knife. Johanna is captured by the Capitol at the end of Catching Fire. In the third book, she is rescued along with Peeta and Annie and brought to District 13, where she fights with rebel forces and improves her friendship with Katniss. She is to fight in the Capitol with Katniss (although not as a sharpshooter — being from an area where lumber is the main export, her main weapon is the axe) but during training in District 13 she panics when the training arena is deliberately flooded. Johanna has a fear of water, which developed as a result of her Capitol torture: being soaked in water and given electric shocks. Because she and Katniss refuse to be held in the District 13 hospital to treat their supposed mental illnesses, they convince the officials of District 13 to let them room together. Johanna is part of the committee that votes whether or not to hold one last Hunger Games using the Capitol's children: she votes yes.

Katniss: The obvious choice and the only 'K', Katniss is known as many things... This girl is on fire. She has no idea the effect she can have. Her name comes from 'Katniss', a plant. She is known as Catnip before the other nicknames which come when she becomes a tribute for the 74th Hunger Games. Her skill in archery aids her in The Hunger Games as does her bravery- yes, she's brave! She volunteered for her sister at the reaping so uhh... Yeah. Brave (:

Lavinia — An Avox (a servant whose tongue has been cut out as punishment for treason). She has red hair, pale skin, and striking features. Because of her inability to speak, Katniss initially does not know her name or anything about her. Katniss recognizes her from when she and Gale witnessed the girl's capture and the death of her friend, and Katniss later speculates that she is a runaway from the Capitol. In Mockingjay, Katniss learns that her name was Lavinia and that it was planned that she be tortured to death to traumatize Peeta. Katniss learns from Peeta that her torturers used too much electricity during the process and her heart stopped, accidentally granting her a quick and less painful death.

Marvel- Tribute in the 74th Hunger Games. He was from District 2, and was killed by Katniss after he had killed Rue.

Octavia is one of katniss' prep team members she lives in the capitol and has green skin she is a member of her prep team fir born the 75th and the 74th hunger games. She grows very close to katniss even crying at the prospect of her dying during the quarter quell

Peeta~ I think we all know who he is!

Rue - is the female tribute District 11 in the 74th Annual Hunger Games. She is 12 years old, with dark brown hair and skin, and "bright, dark" eyes. She is quite similar is size and demeanor to Katniss' sister, Prim, which endears her to Katniss. Marvel, the tribute from District 1, spears Rue through her abdomen while she is caught in his trap, provoking Katniss to kill him with an arrow to the neck (in the film, Rue calls out for help when she is trapped in a net, and Katniss gets there in time to free her. Marvel spears her afterwards). Rue requests that Katniss sings her a lullaby as she dies. After her death, Katniss covers Rue in flowers, an unintentional act of rebellion, before letting the hovercraft retrieve her body.

Seeder- district 11 tribute in the 75th hunger games also known as the quarter quell her district partner is chaff.

Thresh- district 11, district partner is rue, saves katniss life by killing clove. They are "even" because katniss looked after rue. Thresh was killed by Cato, although in the movie he is killed by mutts. He is menacing and can get away by not talking much at the interviews, something katniss wishes she could do.

I read the entire first book again to see if there is a U and there is! It is Undersee (Mayor of District 12)!

Annie- Victor from District 4, married to Finnick Odair, also she was captured by the Capital, and her scream was used in the Quarter Quell to get at Finnick.

Effie trinket- the escort of the district 12 team for both the 74th and 75th annual hunger games.

Greasy Sae — Greasy Sae is an old woman who sells bowls of soup from a large kettle at The Hob in District 12. Katniss Everdeen and Gale Hawthorne trade with her often, and make a conscious effort to keep on good terms with her as she could be counted on to buy wild dog, which most of their other customers decline. She also has a granddaughter described as "not quite right" who is generally treated as sort of a pet by people in the Hob, who give her scraps of food from their stands. At the end of the book, Greasy Sae is one of the few hundred people to return to District 12 following the war. When Katniss returns to District 12 after the war, Greasy Sae comes over in the morning and evening to cook and do light housekeeping. It is unclear whether she is doing this out of friendship or if she has been paid. Greasy Sae is not directly mentioned in the Hunger Games movie, but a character who is presumably her is seen dealing with Katniss. She gives the mockingjay pin to Katniss in the movie, although in the book, it was given to her by Madge.

Haymitch Abernathy- Katniss and Peeta' s mentor for both the 74th annual hunger games and the 75th ( the third quarter quell) he was a victor in the 50th Annual hunger games (the second quarter quell) in which there was the as many tributes he formed an ally with maysilee donner who was a friend of katniss's mother. After the games they killed all his family and he became a drunk.
