Sarah jean blank (Sarahjean) It just accored to me (sp?) that according to some of the people in the pro life/choice group might think that plan B is wrong, even though its a bit like birth control.

So then i have to questions to pro life people-

Is using protection bad cause you are killing a potetial child?

And then, is plan b bad becasue you may be killing a child?

Sarah jean blank (Sarahjean) Im pro choice so i cant answer these questions...

message 4: by Chandani (new)

Chandani (milkduds920) | 6408 comments Plan B is a form of contraception. I think Plan be and other types of contraception are fine. even better than abortion. They simply stop the pregnancy before any kind of development can even really begin. Its not killing a baby thats growing really, its just not letting the embryo grow.

message 8: by Riley (new)

Riley (booksarecool) Plan B is a medication with the same chemical used in birth control, just in stronger doses. It can't affect or terminate an already existing pregnancy. It is not as effective as birth control, however.

Plan B isn't wrong. No child is killed, it just prevents one from forming.

Using protection isn't bad either because you're not killing a child.

How can you kill a child that doesn't exist?

message 17: by Riley (new)

Riley (booksarecool) Exactly.

xD, NATHAN!!
But I seriously don't think that we need any more 'potential children' in our world
We have enough people.
Actually, we have TOO MANY people
But we are depriving a lady of becoming a mother
She can always be a mother again but she could feel disgusted to have known that she gave up and opportunity

It's her fucking choice, no? :)

you play you pay. dont be having sex if your not ready for the baby that could come out of it.

message 29: by [deleted user] (new)

Hmm, how old are you?

message 30: by [deleted user] (new)

16.

message 31: by [deleted user] (new)

Wow. But you don't only make love for the purpose of having a BABY. You can do it in the height of passion as well. But I strongly think that that should be avoided till 18 years of age

message 32: by [deleted user] (new)

Are you a virgin?

message 33: by [deleted user] (new)

no im not. its just im carefull.

message 34: by [deleted user] (new)

What do you mean by careful?

message 35: by Dan (new)

Dan you play you pay. dont be having sex if your not ready for the baby that could come out of it.

So we should all have sex two or three times in our lives?

message 37: by [deleted user] (new)

dont go around just having sex with random ppl. pick & choose.

message 38: by Dan (last edited Nov 17, 2009 03:43PM) (new)

Dan dont go around just having sex with random ppl. pick & choose.

This is typical Christian bigotry. Anyone who gets pregnant unexpectedly must be some sort of freewheeling whore. Certainly, two people in a loving, comitted, monogamous relationship never get pregnant accidentally.

Use some common sense. Sperm doesn't know whether the vagina it's swimming around in belongs to a wife, serious girlfriend, fuck buddy or random drunk chick in an airplane bathroom. A person's attitude towards sex, or towards his/her sexual partner, has absolutely no bearing on the likelihood of getting pregnant during any particular sex act. Birth control works just the same on a slut as it does on a virginal bride. The penises of unmarried men do not have little thorns on the end to pierce condoms.

You reveal what we all know, that Christians use the abortion topic to get at the issue they really care about: Christianity's absurd sexual mores. You think that people shouldn've have sex out of wedlock, that if they do they are whores, you think things like unwanted pregnancy and STDs are great punishments for these whores, and that the threat of these punishments is a great way to convince people to subscribe to your abstinence plan. Christians are never straightforward and honest about this but, as you have demonstrated, they can't go very long without letting their ulterior motives slip out.

message 39: by [deleted user] (new)

there are ways not to get pregent. if you know what you are doing, you play you pay

XDDDDDDDD

"2677844 there are ways not to get pregent. if you know what you are doing, you play you pay "

Birth Control is 99%. Condoms are something like 90%-95%, depending on the brand. That's not 100% effective.

Marley (Marleyme95) | 5270 comments Get some Goddamn education that is the least effective birth control method EVER. Did you not have sex ed?! Someone needs to be smacked, maybe the brain cells will work again then.

You are my example to the world of why schools need sex ed. Pulling out is the worst method ever. Anyone with half a brain and an education would know that.

message 47: by Marley (new)

Marley (Marleyme95) | 5270 comments No wonder you're such a fool. You're parents screwed you out of an education, which explains why you can't spell.

"Or you play and then get an abortion. Problem solved."

My personal favorite idea for birth control is vasectomy. X) But that's just me.

message 49: by [deleted user] (new)

yall was right. but if you do get pregent you shouldnt kill it.
