Cirque Du Freak discussion

On the west side of the Circus is the dense spooky forest that is filled with many dangerous creatures and mostly vampires

Damian stood in front of one of the many dark and eery trees in the forest. He took in the large size, and how old it must've been. He walked toward it and pressed his hand to the trunk of the tree. It ignited in a large plume of flames and caught fire

Rrezik walked around in her wolf form.

Damian watched the tree burn to ash which would have normally taken hours; it was the exception just because he was there. He chuckled when the ashen tree fell onto the group in a heap with embers still struggling to hold their heat.

Rrezik smelled smoke. she walked and saw the tree and Damian beside it.

Damian looked at the ashen pile lose the last of its embers. He looked up from the ashes and then turned his head slightly looking at a tree. He side smiled to where Rzerik was standing

Rrezik sat down and pricked her ears.

The pile of ashes suddenly shifted on the ground and began to regain their flame, but even brighter. Ther was a loud caw and cry, and a phoenix emerged from there and attacked Damian with its talons outstretched. Damian caught the creature by its throat and watched it struggled under his grip and try to burn him

Rrezik jumped up and stepped into the shadows and watched him silently.

Damian watched the firey aura of the phoeniz diminish and then the creature merged into damian feeding him with its life force. He looked back at where the ashen tree once was, even the pile of ashes was gone. there was no evidence

Rrezik shifted into a human and walked out of the shadows.

Damian looked back to where he side smiled at her, and he saw Rrezik in her human form. "I thought I had an audience this evening"

"with a show like that I would not be surprised. "

"No one outside the cirque knows about this forest." he began to walk towards her "so what are you, a worker, or are you part of the show?"

"I'm part of the show." Rrezik replied.

"How lovely," he grinned at her.

"what about you? " she asked crossing her arms.

"I'm part of the show as well," he chuckled when she crossed her arms

"I can see that." Rrezik said quietly.

"then why would you ask?"

"I was not sure."

"Well now you are aware. You shouldn't have to doubt whether or not you are right. In my mind, you are always right, even when people say you are wrong. It defies logic, but so do we. The people of this circus" he walked towards her and stood in front of her now "logically, we shouldn't have the abilites that we do. yet here we are..." he grinned at her

"true." Rrezik said. she tensed when he stood in front of her.

His head tilted to the side "something on your mind?"

"no." Rrezik replied as she looked at him with her black eyes.

Damian chuckled under his breath and then took a step towards her. His eyes were something else; were it should've white, it was black, and where there should've been an iris and pupil, it was all red with a demonic star in the center.

"i like your eyes." Rrezik said smiling. her eyes were like his only completely black.

"It all comes with dying, and coming back,woman" his hand lifted up and touched her cheek. It was hot to the touch, but not burning hot. It was a pleasant hot; like standing by the oven when you pull out a tray of baked goods. "I'm Damian. and i apologize for not having introduced myself sooner"

Rrezik tensed at his touch but soon relaxed. "im Rrezik." she told him.

"Do i make you nervous?"

"no..." Rrezik replied quietly.

He traced his hand from her lips cheek to her lips. His pointer finger rested gently on her lower lip as he spoke to her. "You should smile. the sun is always greatful when a beautiful woman graces it with her smile." he leaned close to her ear and he felt her body tense up again. He chuckled and kissed her neck softly then met her eyes.

Rrezik looked at him softly "i..." she stammered.

Damian's hand that was holding her touched her lips and traced down her neck then her chest slowly. The fabric of her clothes shifted slowly as his finger traveled downward. "I ask you again, Rrezik. What is on your mind?"

"nothing. now.." she replied shivering at his touch.

"Interesting," he said. He felt her body shiver under his touch. His hand that was traveling down her body stopped suddenly and then he looked down at her chest where her heart was. He put an arm around her as he puleld her suddenly close to him and laid his hand over her heart. He kissed her forehead softly. "if you keep shivering, I'll have to use unorthadox methods to warm you up, Rrezik"

Rrezik put her arms around his neck, "im not shivering because im cold." she said looking up at him.

He looked down at her with a smile on his lips. His hand on her chest lfted up her chin now. "then why?"

"no important reason." she replied.

Damian looked up from her eyes to a figure trying to remain in the shadows that was coming towrads them both. His eyes narrowed at the person then he saw the glint of a blade being rasied. "damn it," he whirled her around and moved her behind him as he extended his arm out to the person and summoned the phoenix he captured to attack the hunter: just as the blade sunk into Damian's chest. The phoenix's talon cut into the man's skin easily and soon he was bleeding excessively. He ran away trying to escape then he suddenly ignited into flames and fell over dead. Damian looked back at Rrezik to make sure that she was unharmed. He grabbed hold of the blade in his chest and yanked it out with a quick jerk

"holy shit!" Rrezik said running over to him, "are you ok?" she asked looking at his chest.

"i was going to ask you that," his hand lifted up to his chest and he saw his own black blood begin to dribble down his maroon color shirt. "I haven't felt pain since I died, and even now, I feel nothing even from this" he looked up and met her eyes. "you should calm down"

"calm down?! you were just stabbed by that fucker!"

"He's dead now. I may be stabbed, but do you see any sign of me being unable to stand or speak?" there was a loud caw and cry from the phoneix that had attacked the hunter. It flew right to Damian, and morphed back into his body

Rrezik sighed, "why did he try to kill you?" she asked calming down.

"Some mortals decide to make a deal with other demons in exchange for immortality, money, something of that nature. Someone decided to send that bastard out to kill me, and he failed to the tell the man what I was capable of doing" his black blood continued to flow out of his chest and onto his shirt. damian didn't feel any pain, or any sense of urgency to get better. he couldn't heal himself. he just didn't care

"can you... die again?" she asked looking at the black blood.

"I've already died once, so it'd be difficult to find a way to die again." he looks down at her and lifts up his hand to her heart again and presses it gently to her chest.

Rrezik looked at him softly.
