Does Madge die?

Yes I believe she gets killed in the bombings in district 12 she is one of the ones who doesn't make it to district 13 right?

At the Capital she gets killed.....it describes her as a girl in a yellow coat.......she was yes bombed!

what book was this in?

It's believed she dies, but no she is not bombed. Katniss says she probably didn't make it out of district 12 after the bombing since her house is destroyed

Sorry I lied! Prim is the one to die in the Capital.......it never does say if Madge dies!

No Madge dies when they bomb District 12 at the end of the 2nd book.

No, she got out and ends up with Gale. Think about it. Where is Gale and who is he with, what does Madge do for Gale in the second book? It all fits.

But there's evidence that Madge died when Katniss goes back after the bombing.

No, I highly doubt Madge is with gale. I don't see how people associate them being in love.madge is most likely dead. How would she have gotten to him anyway?

Yes and if I remember in Catching Fire she gave morphling to Katniss to give to Gale and hurried away. Something was going on between Gale and Madge.

I still think she died.....
Like it doesn't make sense for her to still be alive. Why wouldn't Suzanne Collins continue using her character in Mockingjay?
Also when we learn about District 12 I took it as basically everyone died except for Gale and his family; and Katniss' family; and everyone they mentioned Gale was able to save.

Well at the end of the Mockingjay book there was that little thing with the kids and all but....no....there will be NO next book to the series. But that would be cool and a good idea....or even the Capital Hunger Games!

My personal theory is She does not die. She saw the bombing coming so she ran out of the district and saw Gale leading people out. A few minutes later the bombs explode as she realized she forgot her family but ends up in District 13 although we never hear about her again because she hides from everyone so she can cry herself to peace but she ends up locked in jail and is never let out.
