Shatter Me
I've been wanting to read this FOREVER! Darn you, Kay, you always tempt me with amazing books that I have no time to read! LOL
Sorrrrryyyyy ;)Anna the novella is good. I didn't like it as much as the first book but it's coz it's Warner's POV and I hate Warner. Book 2 is EPIC!
LOL, that's ok, I actually don't mind the temptation :) It's like walking past a chocolate shop :)
i read the second shatter me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
and i loved it!!!!!!!!!!
and i loved it!!!!!!!!!!
I just finished Unravel Me this weekend. I am LOVING this series! And I'm leaning towards Team Warner, which is just so weird for me! lol
I ordered my copy from Amazon, only because I was going to a signing. Otherwise, I would have gotten the Kindle version, also from Amazon.
what if the cover for book three has the bird on it, with the gold streaks on it, in the eye. which might be blue, and the background color of light or dark blue, like the others???????????
i think something will happen to Adam.like he will die or something
i have a really honest to goodness feeling that Warner and Juliette will end up together in the end.
what do you think will happen in book three?????

It was FANTASTIC! And the second was even better! I have to admit- I love Warner more than Adam now. Warners just so deep and confusing and passionate; it's just so appealing in a fictional character! <3 :P

I'm sorry I don't know where you can get the ebook.

Woah, thanks! Thanks so, SO much!
we 'apparently' have a release date for book 3!!! its febuary 4th 2014, both amazon and goodreads are saying this. it has not been confirmed yet
blurb has been revealed for the third shatter me book!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Juliette now knows she may be the only one who can stop the Reestablishment. But to take them down, she’ll need the help of the one person she never thought she could trust: Warner. And as they work together, Juliette will discover that everything she thought she knew—about Warner, her abilities, and even Adam—was wrong.
In Shatter Me, Tahereh Mafi created a captivating and original story that combined the best of dystopian and paranormal and was praised by Publishers Weekly as “a gripping read from an author who’s not afraid to take risks." The sequel, Unravel Me, blew readers away with heart-racing twists and turns, and New York Times bestselling author Kami Garcia said it was “dangerous, sexy, romantic, and intense.” Now this final book brings the series to a shocking and climactic end.

what would everyone think if the eye on the cover of book 3 looks like this??
this is from a book signing in April 2013 with tahereh mafi
Okay, Tahereh—I've been hearing lots of excited squeals for your upcoming Shatter Me e-novella—can you give us any hints about it?
Tahereh: Oh. I literally just emailed my editor about this yesterday and she was like, she asked me the exact same question: So—can you give me a hint of what the novella's gonna be about? From my editor. And so I was like, I don't know! So I kind of pitched a bunch of ideas to her and I was like, What do you think? So it's either, like- A lot of people want me to write from Adam's point-of-view—I don't think I will-
Tahereh: -I think if I write it from Adam's point-of-view it'll spoil the third book, that's my only reason for not wanting to write from his point-of-view. I would rather write from Kenji's point-of-view because he's, like, fun and interesting. There's like a lot of crap that happens from the end of the second book until the beginning of the third book. And Kenji would get to fill in those gaps. But then I'm also thinking everyone's like, Write chapter sixty-two from Warner's point-of-view! And that might be interesting. I could pick up at the end of the second book—right up until we see him again in the third book, because there's a lot of stuff that happens—anyway. This is a long-winded answer to say that I have no idea.

I've always been team Warner from the beginning, i read book 1 over a year ago. :)
Donna wrote: "Idk if I'm team Warner or team Adam. I swear, she's worked me into confusion!"Me to Donna, I really didn't like him in the first one & was team Adam all the way but by the end of book 2 (view spoiler)
I'm afraid this book didn't cut it for me - I felt like it had a lot of potential but it just had rotten editing (lots of plot inconsistencies, a very whiny main character, and a lot of those metaphors...weren't metaphors. You can read the full rant here). I thought the ending was clever though - I might read the next book and hopefully I will like the series better!

I think that in the first book, it was understandable why she was so weak, but in the second book, she got a little annoying to me. BUT I really loved the book itself.
Donna wrote: "Idk if I'm team Warner or team Adam. I swear, she's worked me into confusion!"Same here! Damn Warner for splitting my head.
I'm still most definitely Team Adam. I liked getting Warner's POV, and knowing more about him, and I do feel sorry for him--but that doesn't change the fact that I still detest him! lol

Anyone else read it?
