Lori | 23 comments Hey Everyone! Seems to me that everyone is busy with the holiday stuff, it definitely started last month due to the lack of activity on November's book. Whether you read it or not, no worries, let's give a hand to Diana S for selecting the book and posting some pretty good questions for the discussions, although I think we were all just way too busy with the season to keep up with it last month. Sorry Diana! I did read the book but just finished it a few days ago and didn't get to post anything in our group talk about it.

As for December's book, let's give everyone a breather and just generally talk about what we are reading right now. I have totally been craving some good Christmas love stories. I picked up Finding Noel by Richard Paul Evans at the library on Monday, stayed up pretty late reading last night and finished it today, it was such a good love story, I enjoyed it so much, it gave me warm fuzzy feelings :). I now have put myself down on the waiting list for six other Christmas novels. I am anxious to read them and should be able to pick up The Christmas Basket by Debbie Macomber today.

What is everyone else reading in their spare time this month. When the holidays get going, we all get pretty stressed out but you know a good book can take you away and give you a few minutes to yourself here and there during the holidays.

Let's give Maranda a HUGE hand, I am sure she has been super busy getting the family ready for the holidays and getting back to normal. Just because she's not on everyday, particularly the first of the month, doesn't mean we don't have to stop our group discussions.

Happy Holidays Everyone!

Lori | 23 comments By the way, what is up with Goodreads placing discussion topics out of order. It's like it doesn't want to acknowledge that November and December 2012 come after October 2012??
