CassieI walk onto platform 9 3/4 felling happy. It's finally time I can get back to Hogwarts and see my friends. I carry my things onto the train and try to find an empty compartment. When I do I put them on the racks and sit down.
Anna Leryin slipped into the train, looking around. Most of the carriages were occupied. She slid into an empty one and sighed, dropping her bags and stretching out on a seat, immediately falling asleep.
Ember was practically shoved onto the train, trying to look for an empty carriage. She saw one with a girl in there, "can I take one of those seats?" She asked, smiling lightly. It seemed more of a smirk. The girl looked like she was asleep. She knocked on the glass, blinking a couple of times to make sure that she was really sleeping.
(Kay!)Anna blinked her amber-coloured eyes open and saw a girl there. She smiled slightly. "Sure, come in. This train is too small" she said as she shuffled so she was sitting up properly. "First-year Anna Leryin" she introduced herself, tucking a stray bit of hair behind her ear.
Eliza strolled down the corridor. It's her last year at hogwarts and her last year as prefect. She took her time patrolling the train, considering it probably will be the last
Eliza snapped out of her daze and looked over at who called her. She smiled when she recognized Amanda. "Hey Amanda. What's up?" she replied as she walked over.
"Why don't you come sit with us?" Amanda asked. The only other person in the compartment was another boy from their house.
"I don't know... I still have some patrolling to do." Eliza said, as she casually glanced at the boy to see if he was familiar, before returning her gaze back to Amanda. "It is my last year, you know." she added.
Eliza let out a laugh and nodded, "Hopefully. But it's hard to top Hogwarts. It's like my second home."
"Ew. Where's the fun in that? Then you have people like us being jerks. I remember my first year and it was terrifying until I found some friends." She said, shaking her head.
"The fun? Well there's always boys, and exploring the castle a bit more, and annoying Filch for seven more years. Shall I keep going?" She replied, smiling. "But seriously, was your first year that bad?" she added.
