The bakery was filled with shelves of cakes and breads and pies. Cookies and tarts and warm scones filled the room. Everything smelled like flour and butter and sugar. The room was warm.
The baker was a stout man with a friendly smile. He handed out miniature pieces of scone to customers so that they could try the deliciousness.

Alice enters the bakery and inhales the sweet smells. She takes part if a scone from the baker. Delicious!!!!
She is buying a loaf of warm bread for her mother. She finds a steaming loaf, fresh from the oven, purchases it, and exits the bakery.
