Vahak entered the new hall.
" Why...? Why did I have to pass the 9th grade only halfway through the school year? I have no idea where I am..." He looked around.

West softly walked through the halls with her silent hunters feet. Her nose picked up the scent of a new person. Male by the reek of it.

Chimes rang...
Vahak chimed against his will, like he usually does, and felt the awareness of someone nearbye.
" Hello?" He called, quietly.

West's ears perked up and she looked to the male from her quiet place. She turned into a wolf and slowly, she crept towards him in the silence. She didn't want him to know who it really was. Her paranoia was kicking in as she walked up slowly and quietly behind him.

Again, Vahak unwillingly chimed, and felt large wary, and paranoid feelings, but couldn't quite pinpoint where exactly.

She slowly crept. Her nose lead her towards him. She then quickly ran towards the male, knocking him down. She was a big black wolf as she stood over him. Her eyes were a cold gold color.

He was suprised, of course, and looked into her dark gold eyes, with his unnatrually dark blue eyes.
He knew he could Image, probably, but he didn't want to for some reason.
" Hey there." He said to the wolf, awkwardly. Not excepting a response, because, well, she was a wolf. But he greeted her anyways.

"Hi." She said, head now cocked to the side. Confusion was in her gold eyes as she now sniffed him ever so curiously. She found his scent odd, even if he was a male. Dust, dirt, and clay was thick in his clothing as she pressed one paw onto his chest as she sniffed him. "You were raised somewhere...old. Somewhere...made of stone."

Vahak smiled.
" The Crypt? You have a good nose." He smiled.

Her eyes were cold once more. "Crypt?" West then sat up and backed up off of him. She soon transformed back into her human state. Her black hair was long and hit the small of her back. Her frame was lean as she was a bit taller than the average woman's height.

He sat up, sitting indian style.
" Yeah, you know, that realy big black dome, temple thingy near the coastline?" He said, perking up his head on his hand, while his elbow was on his knee.

West then transformed into a more comfortable creature, which happened to be a black fox. " I see. So, you are a crypt keeper, so to speak. You practiced in the temple." She then sniffed him even more. Her paws were on his leg as she sniffed him even more.

" I guess... I was always told I was raised in the Crypt because I was prophesized to be some kind of powerfull being, but I don't really think i'm all that powerfull, and they raised me, after my parents were killed, follwing my birth..."

West looked at him. She then sniffed him even more. "Okay, I've got down your scent." She then formed into a woman who sat on the floor with him and her hands on his elbows as she moved her face from his shoulders, where she was sniffing.

Vahak looked back at her.
" So, what brings you to magic school? "

West removed her hands from his elbows slowly. "To increase the power in which I have and in which I may obtain within the future." West said quietly as she looked and studied his features. "As I am possibly capable of as much as you are. You are thriving with energy, and most used but some more may be potential. Not a power to sense it, but as an animal." Her eyes were black as she looked at his deep blue ones. Her eyes and emotions were showing nothing. She seemed like an unfeeling shark.

Vahak pondered on the words. He was used to philisophic speakings. He was raised in a crypt for Pete's sake.
" So... What are you exactly...? Shapeshifter, skinjumper?"

"Shifter, not jumper. That would be unkind to the creature." West said with her now softer yet cold eyes. She then looked at him. Her eyes still studying the strange male. "You are...strong. And have potential of being an alpha male. So to speak. I am West."

" I'm Vahak. " He said, smiling softly.
Chimes rang in the tune of curiousity.
Vahak was about to say something, but-
A teacher walked around the corner.
" You two! What are you doing? "

West's eyes turned an icy cold. "Just leaving for class. We weren't watching and we both fell." She said as calmly as possible as she stood and gave him a nod. "Sorry for bumping into you, Vahak." She said as she quickly moved to a class about keeping yourself calm in stressful sitchuations.

" Uh, it's okay." He responded.
" I just got bumbed up into 10th grade. Can you lead me to my classes?" He asked the teacher, who agreed, and he was on his way to an Advanced Empathy class.

West was not kicked out of the class, but promoted into teaching a class for young children who need to learn her skill.

Vahak, even though he was just promoted a grade, and in an Adnvanced Class, was still the best in the class.

West sighed and couldn't stand the crying children any longer. How were they to get along without the lesson, or even get past her glare? West stood outside the class. That was when a teacher grabbed her to teach a lesson in the regular empathy class about reading people with hard to read emotions.

West sighed as she sat under a sun-tree. It hid her from the sunlight as he ate an apple and read an old book in a forgotten language. Her dark hair hid her face as she ate.

Vahak entered the outside school grounds, and sat, eating some strawberries as he focused on certain indivisuals' Emotion's.
After a while, he noticed West, but didn't wish to disturb her.

West obviously noticed him. Her mind and emotions gave off annoying chimes, knowing it would get his attention rather than yelling for him to come over. Her eyes were still on the book as she ate more apples.

And Vahak certainly heard it, and awkwardly walked over to her.
" What kind of language is that?"

"Ancient. Not from your Crypt. And thank you for responding to the emotions I sent up." She said quickly and bit into her apple.

"Ah, nice. " He said, looking at the strange language.
He watched two birds fly over to a boy, that watched them curiously, then set them a fire.
" Ow!" Vahak winced, feeling the burn.

West closed the book tight and her eyes glared at the male. She had set down the book as she tried to keep her lips clasped together. Anger bounced and radiated off of the girl. Her fingers caught a bit of fire. "I ought to..." Then some grumbling came after that.

(( Should there be an in-school rivalry...? WOW, an Empath and Shapeshifter VS. a Pyromancer... THAT SHOULD END PERFECTLY. Lol, but do you want to make his charrie...?))
Vahak looked at the boy, similar anger in his eyes due to the level of the emotion.

Soon, West was transformed into a wolf. She quickly padded his way, her eyes in dangerous slits. Her fangs were barred as she growled at him. She was begging he would use his power. Those poor sparrows. She had todo it for those two.

The boy looked at her with a bored expresion.
" What..? Are you going to avenge the love birds?" He smiled at his own little joke.
Most people pretended not to notice, showing that this was probably a boy that bullied everyone with threats.
Go ahead, use your powers, I dare you. Vahak thought, and the boy leaned on a tree, grinned, and set the branch alight.

She turned human and her expression was deadly. Much more intimidating than him. West grabbed him by his shirt. "Avenge? No. Avenging would be too kind to an insignificant creature as you are. I'm actually tempted for you to meet the same fate as the innocent sparrows you murdered." Her own facial expression was that of a violent and wild creature that would not be taken down.

The boy's name was Ragnes, and he had a smug grin on his face.
" What's this? I can't make a pelt out of you if you're human. Turn back." He ordered.

Vahak was about to snap, this kids smugness was the last thing this school needed. And if need be, he was about to use Pathokinesis, for sometimes, if the emotions were strong enough, he couldn't control it.

West gave a smirk a bit. Her own confidence almost like that of a wild beast. She slowly and quickly turned into a creature of only legend. The Liger. Her claws scraped against his chest as she pushe him down and her fangs were barred. "Right now, Im tempted to let my wild side out and let it rip you apart." Her whole head was much bigger than his and her height now doubled his. "Dare you to use your powers."

Fear was in his eyes, but the rest of his face refused to show it.
He reached to his side, and quickly grabbed a potion, right before West could swip it from his hand, he threw it on the ground, shattering it, and smoke rising, vaporizing him, and the smoke travelling to another tree, and re-matirializeing.
" Don't have too. I have Alchemy nerds on my side." He grinned, and playfully showed a belt of potions.

West stood and became a bear. "You don't realize this, do you? Once someone, like me, stands up to you, soon more will follow suit. You will fall to your knees, and the 'nerds' will join to be against you as well." Her growl was deep and she looked at Vahak.

Vahak's eyes were closed, giveing Ragnes the feeling to blast a fire ball at him, but he opened his eyes, and thrust a hand, sending the Fire Ball back.
Then he Imaged behind Ragnes, and snatched his belt, throwing it into the air, and shot an Energy Ball at it, releasing the gas', and steamy contents everywhere.
Vahak grabbed Ragnes' arm, and put it behind his back, then forcing him to crouch.
" What the hell?! Let-er-Go of me! What was that?! I never even it before!" Ragnus grunted, reffering to the Image.

West put a head of Vahak's arm. "Come on. He isn't worth this time, though he does deserve a pretty nasty death." Her eyes were still emotionless as was her voice. Her anger was gone, but it was replaced with an odd steeliness.

Vahak let go, and looked at his hand, as if he weren't quite sure that he had done that.
" Okay." He didn't even look b ack at the boy, as he walked off with West.

She took her hand from his shoulder quietly. "Come on. Let's get a couple more Apples."

" Okay. " He agreed.

She quickly transformed into a squirrel and went up an old apple tree. She knocked a couple down, accidentally hitting him in the head with him.
