Goodreads Librarians Group discussion

This book doesn't seem to be by John G.H. Dickinson or John Dickinson, but there are others among this. How do I know which author this book is by & if I don't know, new author? I believe these two authors books so far are correct, apart from this one.

I've added the book blurb. The author says "I´m a divorced father of three who wrote this book as a form of therapy to cope with my situation. It deals with situations of my life and the way that I handled them. I feel that people can learn some things from me to help them cope with any issues that they may have in thier lives.I hope this helps someone else as much as it has helped me."

So it probably is a completely different John Dickinson.
