Lifted discussion

The Lifted was formed by the current members' great to the somethingth power grandparents. At first it was just a few kids in a club that dared each other to steal whatever. The jobs grew bigger and bugger until everyone under the age of eighteen in the criminal world wanted in on it. So as an initiation, the unofficial leader and a few of his/her closest officials would give them a task. Complete it and you're in. Fail and you're either out or in jail. No exceptions.

So basically our character start out in the initiation stage? Or tear characters already be part of the group? Also dot are there any other criteria for the characters?
