If I remember, Peter I, the Greatest, bought a library containing this book (Newton's Principia)! Have some details?
The Earliest Copy in Russia of Newton's 'Principia': Is It David Gregory's Annotated Copy?

A copy was donated in 1943 (tricentenary of Newton birth). I remember a translation from 1934 but I have to dig more.
