Hallowed question

I see a lot of hate going towards Christian, i don't get why people are saying that he was forceful and demanding. And that his feelings for Clara were only because of their fate. From what i recalled, he was always there for Clara when she was upset, even if she didn't want to see/ignored him, he'd wait for her outside just so she'd know that there's always comfort nearby. He also told Clara that even if she wasn't part angel, he'd still have feelings for her. Plus, we never really got to know Christian that well. No offense to the Tucker lovers, i love Tucker too :) it's just that i love Christian more.
