Haunt discussion

it's a faint pathway that leads to other buildings.

Arkin holds his flashlight close to him. He was breathing hard and he could hear his heart beat picking up. He was terrified of the woods and he was just starting to walk trough them. He felt as if he was being watched. He was looking for a building of some kind there had to be one after all the pathway had to lead to something.

Arkin walked up to a huge house and let out a huge sigh of relief. He opened the door and walked in.

Arkin ran out on to the path way holding Jenna.

Chrissi follows close behind. She had no idea where they were. "I think we're safe." She stops, panting.

Arkin slows down to a complete stop and looks around them. "I have no idea where we are..."

Chrissi notices her surroundings for the first time since they left the house. "Me either..."

Jenna climbs out of Arkin's arms. She was feelings much better now.

Arkin turned his flashlight on "well we better move before we run into something else."

"Good idea." Chrissi heaves her pack over her shoulder and takes Jenna's hand.

Arkin walked with them down the pathway. 'I always feel like something in the woods is watching me...it's creepy..."

Chrissi snorts. "Something probably is...though that doll was the first...monster we've encountered."

Jenna nods in agreement.

Arkin nodded "And there's more most likely."

"Great." Chrissi mutters under her breath. She continues following Arkin down the path.

"We should find another building to stop at soon for safety."

Chrissi nods in agreement. She stops walking and opens her pack. "Jenna, where'd the map go?" Jenna shrugs in response and keeps her eyes trained on the ground.

"Wait you have a map? Where is it?" Arkin stopped and looked at Chrissi

"It's not a good one..." Chrissi trails off. "Here it is!" She pulls out a wrinkled sheet of paper from the pack.

Arkin nodded "Well it's better then nothing."

Christi nods. She sits cross-legged on the ground and spreads the map out in front of her. "We must be here." Her finger hovers slightly above a poorly drawn pathway leading away from the large house.

Arkin looked at the map and nodded "We might want to go to the prison...I'm not sure but if it's a prison their must be some type of weapon or something..."

"Good idea." Chrissi hands the map to Jenna who folds it and puts it back in the pack.

Jenna shivers. It was starting to get cold...and dark. She tugs on Chrissi's sleeve and points to the sky.

Arkin nodded "Lets get moving." Arkin pointed his flashlight where the prison would be "we have to go that way."

Chrissi and Jenna both light their flashlights and keep close to Arkin.

Arkin walked with them for quite some time. A huge building began to come into sight. "That must be it."

Chrissi sweeps her flashlight back and forth across the path. "It seems clear." She hurries closer to the building.

Arkin hurried along with her till they were at the door. "We should go in."

"Yeah. It beats standing out here in the dark." Chrissi agrees, trying the door. It was bolted shut.

Arkin kicked the door "There has to be another way in."

Chrissi spots a window and hurries in it's direction. There were bars preventing any entering. She curses under her breath.

Arkin saw a lose brick in the wall and pulled out his pipe. He started hitting the brick till it fell in. "Maybe if we hit all the lose bricks in this area we can get in."

"Okay." Chrissi hears a noise behind her and hurries. "Help me, Jenna." Together they start hitting the bricks.

Arkin continued to hit the lose bricks

When there was a small hole, Chrissi takes a break. She pants and wipes sweat from her forehead. It was almost completely dark now.

arkin looked in "Chrissi you think you can unlock the door?"

She shakes her head. "No. I can't fit. But...Jenna probably can."

Arkin nodded "Jenna can you open the door?"

Jenna looks at the hole and nods. "Be careful." Chrissi whispers. Jenna nods and climbs through. A moment later, the lock on the door clicks.

Arkin smiled "Thanks Jenna. We should get in now before it gets to dark."

"That sounds like a plan." Chrissi relighted her flashlight and throws her pack over her shoulder.
