Has anyone order a egift card recently? I ordered one two days ago and it still hasn't been delivered to me. I have called customer service four times now but it gets me no where. Any suggestions on what my next step should be?

After four different calls to customer service and a dozen emails with a customer service manger I am getting a refund.
Customer service has been abysmal lately. I had to put a stop on my credit card payments (some gift ebooks that were never received) because I was getting absolutely nowhere and each person I spoke to told me something different.
