Alec and Janelle helped Lilly to his house. Standing infront if the house, Alec quickly slipped out his key and opened the door. Pushing it open, he helped Lilly inside.

Janelle helps Lilly waiting for Alec to open the door she lets Alec take Lilly in keeping the door open for them she goes in after them both.

Alec took Lilly to the living room. Gently he placed her on the couch.

Janelle walks in.

Alec looked over at Janelle."Sit down. I'll get something to eat." He left the two girls in the living room, going into the kitchen.

Janelle sits down watching Lilly sleep and Alec.

Alec grabed the loaf of bread his mother had made this morning. Taking cheese and getting a knife, he headed vack to the living room."Here." He put it all on the table.

Janelle looks up and sees it she smiles. "She fell asleep."

Alec smiles at Janelle "Shes snoring." He starts to cut the bread and places a piece of cheese on each slice."Here." Ge hands Janelle the bread.

Janelle smiles back and takes it saying thank you.

Alec sits diwn and starts to eat. His eyes on Lilly."I hope she gets better."

Janelle nods "The doctor gave her pain pills and then puts some medicine on her scars, bruises, and cuts." Janelle said softly.

"I'm sorry I wasnt there." His eyes filled with regret.

Janelle gets surprised "Alec don't you think you should say that to Lilly?" Janelle asked gently.

"Shes asleep." He looked at lilly. Getting up, he went to her."I'm sorry I wasnt there lilly." His voice cracked abd a singke tear trailed down his face.

Janelle watches silently.

Alec sighed softly and sat back down. His head in his hands.

The door to the cittage opebed."Alec? Are you home honey?" His mother and sister walked in.

Janelle looks at Alec feeling bad. She looks up when she hears his mom and sister come in. She tries not to blush she folded her hands on her lap already eating the one slice of bread and cheese.

Alec looked up."Hey mom. "He got up and hugged her giving his sis a kiss.

His mom looked at the girls."Hello." She was slightly confused.

Janelle stands up ready to introduce herself. "Hello, I'm Janelle." SHe said

His mom looked at Janelle and smiled."Hello dear. Hiw are you? And Peter?" Annabel walked to Janle and tugged at her shirt."Up."


Alec moved to stand besude Lilly.

Janelle smilles "I'm good my uncle is good too." She said she smiles and Annabel and picks her up.

His mom looks at lilly with concern."Alec? Is she okay?" Her eyes are filled with concern abd her voice as well.

Alec shakes his head."No. But sges resting fir a bit."

Janelle nods holding Annabel. She felt really bad for Lilly.

His mom looked at lilly."Somethings wrong. What atent you telling me?" She looked at her son.

Alec didnt mert his mothers eyes."Sge was abused by her family. We took her to the medical center. Sge's just having a nightmare." Alec had a ight blush.

His mom strode over to lilly. gently, she placed her hand on lillys cheek."Wake up dear."

Janelle watches wondering what Alec's mom will do.

Janelle sees and watches hoping Lilly will be fine.

His mom took one look at lilly and became flustered."Bloodshot eyes? Goodness." Mumbling to herself, she moved about and finally got a wet piece of cloth. She had run it under cold water. Placing it on top of lillys face,"Relax child. Dont think about the cold." This would wake her up fully

Janelle watches giving Lilly an it's alright look.

"Lilly it's ok. She's Alec's mom, she can help." Janelle said calmingly.

"Relax child." His mom took the cloth off. Putting her hand to liilys she felt it for a temperatute. She was burning with a fever."Rest. Go to sleep." Tirning around, she headed into the kitchen. Getting her herbs.

Alec looked at liily and smiled."Dont worry, mom knows what shes doing."

Janelle smiles relaxing. It's good that Lilly is trusting them all.

Janelle nods getting them out and giving them to Lilly.

Janelle takes them and puts them away again.

Alec sits down exhausted. Running a hand through his hair, he looks at janelle and his sister.

Janelle holds Annabel sitting down letting hre sit in her lap.

Janelle watches Lilly.

"So, how are you?"!He looks at janelle.

Janelle says "I'm good. How are you?"

"Tired. looking at liily has made me sleepy." He leaned his head against the couch closing his eyes.

Janelle smiles and nods. She lays her head back tiredly.

Janelle sleeps softly.
