Okay, once you openly asked, I will give you my true thought. Paulo Coelho is the Master of Crap. Crap, crap, crap! Everybody in Brazil knows it and we are ashamed that he´s a part of Brazilian Academy of Literature. He´s a liar - he presents some of his stories as a self-biography, but actually he´s nothing more than a very rich guy who has made expensive travels in a rented Mercedez Benz and flying first class, been to several places and wrote about them presenting all fantasies from his twisted head as real. Also, the language he uses is very dull, he has a poor vocabulary and many translators found themselves into trouble in order to manage how to improve the quality of his novels.

Now I am really glad I ordered the book. Can't wait to read it since Carrie's statement. While I was on Amazon I saw a graphic novel of the book as well. All very interesting.
