First, check out the cast.
Then, compare them to the choices list A and choices list B(which is almost the same as A).
Personally, I don't think that they should have Dakota Fanning play Max. I think that they need someone more kick-(donkey) to play Max! Like Jennifer Lawrence! She did a pretty good job being Katniss!

The series started out with max as 14. Jennifer Lawrence may play a 16 year old but I don't think she could look that young
ditto-most of the little kids looked WAY to young. Dakota Fanning is so pale and skinny so no way would I ask her to play Max.

I think that Gazzy is too old, Dylan is WAY too tan, and Dakota is too petite and pretty-faced to be Max

I didn't really like any of them. I think that unknowns should play the roles. Apparently James Patterson thinks so too because he's said that he wants new fresh faces to play the characters so that theyre not associated with prior work they've done and be known for their roles from this movie
are they actually going to make a movie?!?!?! If so, i might just scream...
Yus. It's gonna suck. I don't think Victoria Justice should play Ella... just.. no!
