Ok...forgive me for being dense (it comes natural for me! lol). So, let me get this staright: For the month of January, I need to read a book which I pick from Dena's list?? TBR or READ??

Ok, this was totally my fault...LOL...no one else to blame but me! I picked The Black Dahlia by James Ellroy from Dena's list for the Birthday challenge. Finished it tonight. 1 star. If we do this challenge again next year, I will scrutinize her shelves more carefully! :)(No offense Dena!!!!) :)

I am doing a double hitter here. I am behind. I am reading The Overlook from Dena's list for the birthday challenge and Back Of Beyond from Ginger's list for February. So far they are both good. I love Harry Boush and this is only my second book by Box.

I envy you! I don't see how you do it. Don't you ever get characters/plots/etc confused? I can read two books at a time ONLY if one of them is a short story..LOL.It's been so long since I read Family Honor. I can't really remember anything about it other than liking the Sunny Randall character. Sorry! :)

I love Harry too. One of his stand alones called Chasing the Dime is excellent.

The Ritual Bath is book one. I've often thought how cool it would be to get Harry and Peter working a crime scene together. :o)

I have read some of those and I think I like the earlier ones better.
I finished the The Overlook which I enjoyed and for Ginger's birthday Back Of Beyond which was good also.
