Mal (malxox) This is the first room when you enter the castle. The ceiling is very high, giving the room an eerie echo. It is tiled with a large golden chandelier, but they light in it is somewhat dim, making it hard to see during the night.

yael She's been trapped in this hellhole for two years. Sevend hundred thirty days and counting.

She nearly forgotten how the world was like before. Before it had to bow down to species she thought only existed in fantasy books. To tell you the truth, Kody actually dreamt of paranormal beings. Vampires, demons... but it was never her wish for it to come true. Ever since she was taken into the castle, her only escape was going outside. Just climbing trees, and running through fields, she felt like she was at home in Brazil again.

Nekoda arrived at the foyer, tucking a couple of long braids behind her ear. It was always changing. Not much like her personality, unfortunately. Nekoda only returned from the forest a moment ago, wondering if her stained, red colored Converse were obvious. She always wanted to be the star of the track team; running had and would always be her calling. Her breaths were rapid, and uneven. Cheeks red and burning--the blood rush spreading around her body. It was the adrenaline she loved. It was the only thing she had left that made her feel...human. Debating whether she should go to her dorm or somewhere else, she lingered by the entrance.

ᴀʀᴏᴛʜ [hiatus] (thelovelymsels) It was just the feeling of siting there on the steps glancing down at his black vans he was wearing. He was practically dying of boredom since he was siting there and dwelling what he would do. His throat was parchedfrom not drinking from any human in over several months. Maliak was trying to contain himself but since he came from an era back then of manners even he couldn't contain himself at times. But now all he was thinking of drinking from someone. Every time he even thought of drinking alochol made him just want to drink. Maliak shrugged it off and fixed his beanie on his head and fixed his hair. But it was once afterwards he smelled blood and his eyes changed to amer as he saw the girl walk in. He walked over to her in an instant."And what's your name girl?"He asked.

yael Her hazel glanced at the boy who suddenly appeared before her. Strange, she thought, wondering how he was able to suddenly approach her so quickly. Or did she have ADD, and was he there the whole entire time? Nekoda scanned over his appearance. From his dark ebony hair, with bangs that fell smoothly oer his eye. His pale, blue eyes that strangely tapped into her sense of recognition. Which seemed pretty impossible, since Kody was sure she never seen this guy before in her life.

Kody's eyes narrowed in defensively. Was it safe to trust him? Despite how long she had been in the castle, she wasn't too outgoing to actively seek friendships. Any social activity for that matter. And what sightly sparked her anger and jealousy was how tall he is. Nearly everyone was taller than she was. Just standing next to him, Kody felt like an elf standing at only five foot five. Nekoda bit back a sneer, taking a step back. "I don't think it's your business," she answered tightly.

ᴀʀᴏᴛʜ [hiatus] (thelovelymsels) He seemed to just glance t her and wanting to actucally drink fro her as he could hear her heart beating and the feeling of wanting to drink was the only thing holding him back. But he didn't really care if she was human she would be his play toy and he could do whatever he wanted with her. It sounded quite wonderful and he loved that. Se may not know about his eyes that changed from icy blue to amber now and the way he moved so fast. Simply humans were pathetic for not knowing about any supernatural. Sooner or later she's going regret on speaking to me like that. No human shall ever speak to me like that. They are elow my level and shall always be so. He thought bitterly and let his fangs appear as he licked them with his tonuge."I rather think you don't know who your talking to. You humans think your all so powerful but you are below me You can't demand a thing or request it. Just from the looks of it your Nekoda. How I know you can find it out on your own. Your quie a pretty girl and your going to be mine."He said angrily and grabbed her by throat and forced her against the wall. He tilted his head toher neck and pierced her soft flesh as he felt the blood slowly go to his parched throat.

message 6: by yael (new)

yael Nekoda resisted the urge to snort. Did he not understand? She bit back a sigh, wondering what she was expecting. All supernaturals were the same. They thought they were better, but the majority of their population were missing a key thing. Only humans possessed it, and that's what made every human individual unique. The intensity of her gaze increased; feeling the urge to shoot a bullet. But many of her close peers (not as many as you think) in schools she attended were either intimidated, awed, scared, or all of the above. Only one person knew that Kody was never like that--Xotchil. Conflicted emotions, stirred as quickly as they went away. Shifting...convoluted.....
"If you already knew my name then why the hell-"

The words were shoved back into her throat, her head colliding into the hard wall behind her. She tried hard to kick, fight, and bite like a little though her grip faltered for a split second at the unfamiliar distress swelling inside of her. Look at him, acting like he's someone superior. I can see right through you, bastard. But....

Her thoughts sidetracked once her knees trembled slightly. As a child, she loved reading paranormal and fantasy books. Ever since she arrived at the castle most of the views of creatures in media were fake. Some authors weren't so far from the fact a vampire's bite was addictive. Kody never been bitten before. All this time she thought it would be painful but it was not even close to that feeling. When his teeth eventually were removed from his neck, her hand immediately clamped over the spot he bitten a moment ago."You're sick," she choked, a thread of disgust etched in her words. I don't even know his name, and suddenly decides to bite me. Do I look like a walking bottle of orangwe juice? she thought. Kody completely forgot all about the bitter thoughts she was thinking before hand, knocked off course by how dizzy and slightly disoriented her thoughts became.

ᴀʀᴏᴛʜ [hiatus] (thelovelymsels) So this lovely and quite beauitful girl who seemed to look like or would be a stunning supermodel thought she was all that. Well without supernaturals there wouldn't be humans. Without humans Supernaturals wouldn't exist either. They both needed to survive on ach other. By the looks of it he sensed she read of creatures like him, or fallen angels even witches and warlocks on that level let alone. But she wouldn't be able to face one when it was standing right in front of her. He didn't mind her but she seemed just like Sophie Ann and he loved her but tis wasn't the 1900's hundred anymore this was the future. A new day and a new life for everyone. But then again he go annoyed of how she thought or her words. She was just like the women back in his era. She just wouldn't shut up of it but he scoffed when she spoke."Your getting some what irriating with your cockiness. Just please give it a rest befre you really end up getitng hurt badly."He said in a deadly warning. Sometimes the humans thought they were all that but didn't know when the time was to be quiet or actucally speak. He smirked when she tried to losen from his grip or wriggle free but he knew she wasn't any match since he was stronge then her in every way. Maliak read her thoughts and smirked showing his fangs before he did even sunk them ino her neck. She was quite amusing from being nervous to worried to even stubborn. She would lose her spirit and he would break it for her. Maliak felt relaxed and enjoyed how good she tasted. His moods changed when he drank from her and licked the spots of blood that stained his fangs and watched her."I may be that way but yu need to stop acting cocky and all that for your own good. Like I said your seriously going to get hurt if you don't listen or follow rules."He replied and fixed again his beanie on his head and let his hair fall back over his eyes not wanting her to look at how they changed from all there colors to now being violet.

message 8: by yael (new)

yael The first time he threated her, it came empty in her mind. She was not paying any attention to the vampire's threats no matter how dark, and menacing they came out. Just the thought of living, breathing organisms that drank blood for a living repulsed her. Shakily, her small hand slowly moved away from the neck, and fell limply at her sides. The small bite-like wound had patches of blood matted down on her moderate colored skin. My cockiness? What in everloving hell is he fucking talking about? Oh...
The realization came to her rather quickly. Heat coursed through her veins and ended up in her cheeks because of embarassment. His abnormal abilities escaped her thoughts for a moment.

Nekoda's gaze retreated from his face, making it's way to the wall on her left. Her teeth grinded on the fleshy skin on the inside of her cheek.
'...Seriously going to get hurt if you don't follow the rules' she heard his voice warn which caused her to pale. Her legs begged for her body to run away. Running on a will power of their own. Kody didn't want to run away anymore. That was the largest burden carried in her heart--running away instead of acting. I don't need his help, she reasoned and finally met his gaze once more when she was sure her emotions were controlled. "Kody..." she murmered, "call me Kody," the human insisted.

ᴀʀᴏᴛʜ [hiatus] (thelovelymsels) The very thought or feeling of her not understanding him would defintely mean she was just like his sister Elizabeth. His sister was just like her in so many different levels. What did his father use to call her? Ah it was a tomboy and a rebel. He laughed at the mere thought of it. This girl thename of Nekoda reminded him of when he was a vampire and thought he knew everthing but truly he didn't. Maliak didn't now a whole lot but if he could some what trust her then it would defintely be okay. But then again vampires didn't trust a whole lot because these humans could lie so easily and just not keep secrets. Just trying to get these thoughts out of his head was hard so he shook it off. Maliak glanced down to see her cheeks flushed a rosy color and smiled small as his fangs were gone way before they were shown. But then again he could hear her heart beatng faster then normal and her blood coursing through he veins. Any human felt that around himor any supernatural let alone. When she spoke he blinked his eyes several times and gazed at her again."Fine Kody it is. You can call me Maliak. If I get to trust you more and all then I might let you call me Alex."

yael Kody's head bobbed in silence. Maybe he was right after all. Her luck was decadencing. Whereas there has come to a certain point in her lifetime when she never believed in luck. Luck was a useless factor; only an aspect humans created to make their fortune greater than it really was. On the other hand, a small part of her conscience was satisfied that Kody was capable of getting his name out of his mouth. But the urge to wipe that grin off his face was unbearable.
Look at him, acting as if it's fucking normal. A warm breath escaped her lips once her conflicting emotions remained stable once again. Nekoda pushed her weight off of the wall, and dared herself to look at him.

"Can I leave now? Or are you going to drag me off somehwere?" she asked, her words completely drenched with irritation, yet her voice quiet. Nekoda did not understand why, but everytime she was around him it really ticked her off. That was dangerous. She tried to hard containing her emotions inside herself to make it slip now. Kody was already broken enough. It would never become her wish to fully shatter. There were too many people who were capable of crushing spirits. Protecting emotions like so was safer. A way to survive.

ᴀʀᴏᴛʜ [hiatus] (thelovelymsels) Maliak smirked as she listen and nodded to her exact words. Just hopefully she would understand that if he did trust her things would be a lot different then they are now. He would have to always talk to her in silence and they would have to keep the things they did in secret. But then again he needed a friend after the long years of being in solitude for centuries. He thought over it and he flashed back to the past. was mid nineteen hundreds as well it was 1926.<\i> He thought yet again of it and wasn't for sure what to think of it. The past was of him as seventeen and he met Sophie Ann and that was the first time he actually met a quite beauitful for. But the one before him now. She was on a total different level. She looked quite gorgeous and all he wanted to do was to lock his lips on hers and hug her close to him. That thought was to crazy and driving him mad. Maliak shook it off. It was when she spoke he only heard bits and pieces of what she said. "I wouldn't drag you anywhere but I do want you here. With me." He said breath
System and brought close to him as he kissed her deeply.

yael ((It's okay ^ - ^))

Nekoda looked at him curiously until he spoke. Her eyes widened in the disbelief of his words. Maliak was definately messing with her. Or did she just enter a parallel universe? Her mind still wondered on the meaning of his sentence, which blurred her senses of alertness. Then her mouth was captured with his. It was like the tide receding, revealing whatever's been thrown away and sunk: broken bottles, rusting pop cans...
All so obvious.

When Nekoda first arrived at the castle when she was sixteen, she felt trapped. Not recieving any emotional contact, nor revealing much about herself to others ever since then. Many other beings existed in the castle that actually appreciated being 'rescued'. Kody did not need rescuing. Her younger sister and best friend was whom she was saving. And she failed them. All because of idiotic paranormals scurrying around owning the place. Whether it was a shadow taker, werewolf, fae...she hated them all equally. Nekoda pushed him away, her face passive. A hot emotion stirred, but it wasn't the dark haze in her conscience. It was more around her stomach. It was a wierd feeling so she decided to ignore for the time being. "I might be a human, but I'm not a play toy. I never asked to be kissed so don't touch me." Nekoda sprinted away from him. Outside where her feet were carrying her. Kody knew he could always catch up when he wanted to, but just putting enough distance from him made her feel better.

((Okay what I just wrote sounds crappy to me XD
I just wrote like three sentence including a small piece from a quote. Attempted to fluff it up and ended up with these terrible paragraphs.))

Clementine Thorn's soft steps were muffled by the worn material of her dark shoes. She took on step up a staircase and stop, leaning back on the wall. She listened to the sounds that echoed through the entire castle. Her gaze drifted around the large room, the high ceiling and the patterned flooring. Her finger went to the scrape on her forehead, as she continued to wonder what she was before, before she lost her memory. Where did the scabs and scrapes come from? Who was her family? Did she have brothers and sisters? What was it like outside the castle?

((Sorry it's so short >.<))
