i'll try to edit his name to reflect the diacretic - but the GR search engine sucks and it won't search for those characters in words
Yes, I wish it'd search thru alternative spellings... like if one types Nesbo, it'd search and find Nesbø and vice versa. And that it'd actually find the titles on the list in the language a user specifies - like again, if you search for the Harry Hole series in order, half of the titles come with Norwegian titles when you've got everything set up properly in English (yep, took a few minutes of clicking and wondering the other day to figure that a mystery title was actually The Redeemer).

Previously unknown, and I don't find anything about any previous book (if any) by him. In March, The Andalucian Friend: A Novel will be out. It's the first part of a trilogy of thrillers.
I won an ARC of it.
Brilliant. 450ish pages of action from page 1 to the last page. Like as much action as in a Ludlum, and that's something I had been craving for quite a while.
The description of the book didn't sound too interesting to me, so it was a rather pleasant surprise. A nurse with a boring life in Sweden meets and slowly falls in love with a half-Spanish mobster, then add to the story a bunch of other bad guys from Germany and Russia, and some rather unorthodox pieces of a secret Swedish police force... My complaint #1 for it is that I want the other 2 pieces of the trilogy now.
I suspect we may hear more of this author (unless of course my literary tastebuds are way too ludlumesque and it somehow failed to appeal to more people?).
