Sometimees called Twisted Genie or Broken Wishes, this is a fun game where you make a wish and then someone 'curses' it.

E.g.

Person 1= I wish I could fly.

Person 2= Granted, but you end up flying forever.
I wish it was Spring.

Person 3= Granted, but mutant flowers start growing in your yard.
I wish I had a puppy.

Person 4= Granted, but it chews up your shoes.
I wish...

Granted, but you would spend those 3 hours doing chores.

I wish I was a shapeshifter

Granted, but you can only shape shift into a frog.

I wish that I could breathe underwater.

Granted, but only in swamp water.

I wish I could read peoples thoughts.

Granted, but you could never stop reading other people's thoughts.

I wish I knew what smartphone I should buy.

Granted, but you could never unknow peoples' feelings.

I wish I could read every book on my to-read list.

Granted, but you will hate all of them.

I wish my siblings wouldn't argue so much.

Granted, but now they can't talk.

I wish I had a piece of cake.

Granted, but it is made of poo.

I wish I could buy all my favourite books for free on my Kindle and love them all!

Granted, but all of the books overload your kindle so that you can never turn it on again.

I wish I could move out and get my own place.

Granted, but it will be a cr@ppy little shack with no roof and all your possessions will be eaten by bears. And your parents will hate you and never want you back :)

I wish I had long hair.

Granted, but it would grow so long that it would trail behind you and things would always get stuck in it.

I wish I could find the perfect pair of earrings.

Granted, but they would rip holes in your ears and you would never be able to wear them again.

I wish that school would give me interesting work every day. (Most times it's good - I love school - but sometimes it gets REALLY boring!)

Granted, but after a while everything gets boring, so your doomed! (Lame, I know!)

I wish that I wouldn't have to go back to school so soon (on holidays currently).

Granted, but it means that you will never have holidays again as a swap for one longer holiday.

I wish that I wasn't afraid of heights. (There is a really obvious bad side to this! Wonder who will say it.)

I wish that I could remember all the characters and plots lines of books I read.

*Pointing and laughing* I was thinking of not being afraid so I walk to the top of a cliff, and cause I'm not scared I fall to my death :)
That was obvious to me, but maybe not to everyone else. ;)

Granted, but each time you remember something from a book you forget something in real life (Your name, family, homework, that you need to go to the toilet - BAD idea lol.

I wish that I will get gold medals and trophies in all my dances in my next Irish Dancing competition!

Granted, but you will be forever plagued by them (trust me, I am the youngest, along with my twin, and it is FUN to tease siblings) and one of them will turn out to be a serial killer who has a special grudge against you.

I wish that whenever someone took pictures of me I would actually look good. (I hate photo's!)

Granted, but just like the story of Medusa, anyone who gazes on the photo of you will turn to stone, so no one will ever see and remember how absolutely beautiful it was.

I wish that Sherlock season 3 would come out like right now!!!

Which Sherlock? If you are talking about the BBC Production with Benedict Cumberpatch and Martin Freeman, you have no bad side. If it is The movie, meh. Anything else, and you are granted your wish but Sherlock will be ridiculous and the series will be a fail.

I wish that the next Downton Abbey season would come out!

Granted, but it would be a really old laptop that was created the same year you were born.... So, it would really suck.

I wish that I had an iTunes Card for $600

Granted, but the ID number will be faulty and the money won't work, so the card will be useless.

I wish I could get my mobile phone back (I dropped it in the ocean and broke it :(

Granted, but then all of your work will accidentally burn because you have enough time to take a nice long bath with nice fancy soap and soft music playing and fragranted candles smelling sweet... and then the candle knocks over and you nod off and suddenly, all of your work is burned.

That was my reality all last year - except I had a bad class as well :(

Granted, but whenever you curl your hair it will go all greasy and look absolutely horrible!

I wish my feet weren't so big. (It is so hard to find shoes!)

Granted, but your feet will be so small that everyone will call you peggy (because your feet look like peg legs)

I wish that I never had to sleep and could just read throughout the night.

Granted, but then you would turn into a vampire and never see the light of day again, your family will leave you and you will be expelled from humanity.

I wish I could never get fat. (I'm not fat now, in fact I'm skinny as, but you never know. I like yummy food, and we all know where that leads! :)

LOL Granted, but you'd become so thin that you'd literally become stick thin.

Granted, but you would be really, REALLY tall. So tall that you couldn't go out in public, or go to school, or live in your house. In fact, you would grow so tall the Government would come to take you to Area 51 becuase they think you're an alien.

Granted, but you will see something really, really gross/violent/scary (your mind can fill in the blank) and you will remember and be plagued by the scene for the rest of your life.
