Anyone have a good ginger snaps recipe?

Mmm Ginger snaps...My fav cookie!! I'll second that request!

Anyone have a good molasses cookie recipe?

I have one Jen, I don't like molasses cookies, but my guys love them. These are a cake like cookie similar to sugar cakes. Is that the kind you want?

I found this Ginger Snaps recipe. I think I'll try it sometime this week. If anyone else has one, I'd love to try it. :)

MOLASSES COOKIES

6c flour
2c pkd brown sugar
2tsp ginger
1 tsp baking Soda
3 eggs beaten
1c veg oil
1c hot water
1c grandmas molasses

Combine all and mix very well. Drop by tb onto sheet. Bake @350 for 10 min.

How many cookies does that recipe make? I bet it makes LOTS. Perfect for Christmas--we bake lots of kinds of cookies and give them to friends and family. For Easter, we make easy candies.
