Any views on Orciny as it is discussed in this section?

Breach and Orciny seem to function similar ways; both filling the space between the cities. There aren't any people talked about with Orciny even though there are contacts. Are they states of mind or real organizations?

There were moments that i believed in Orciny, certainly, and also some moments that i believed Breach and Orciny might be the same thing.

In fact, i was quite looking forward to discovering Orciny.

I was wondering that, and I was a little disappointed at how concrete Breach was.
