Fyreball I looked for this book on Amazon and then used the links on the book page to search for it on Amazon and B&N with no luck. Is it just me or is there no preorder anywhere?

Nikki Nik I asked her on facebook, and she told me that you can't pre-order it.

It will be available to purchase on Amazon on the 18th.
