Hi Everyone!

We are moving all of the individual buddy reads to this folder. We think it will be easier to find the buddy reads and keep them all more organized.

Feel free to use this thread for questions and comments :)

hi Elena - I think the best way would be to pick a specific book you want to read; or come up wiht some generic description of the 4

Nora Roberts Single Title Rom Sus read (or something like that) - so people can join in - that being said i might potentially be up for one or two - I know I have the search that I haven't read yet (I haven't read any of them; but I know I have it in audio)

in this folder yep - make a thread for the book(s) you want to do a buddy read for - give idea of dates if you know when you would like the read - the more details the better

I have plans to get through a bunch of Nora books this year! I would love to pick one of these to read with you! I have read The Search. Would you like to buddy read for February?

Erin, that post you're responding to is a couple of years old, so chances are pretty good you won't get a response. We do have a new buddy read challenge starting if you're interested...it's much more open, not just a certain author or genre, but if you'd like to check it out, signups are open for another hour or so. For anyone who wants to open a new thread and doesn't know how, it's fairly simple. Go to the folder you want the thread to be in, in this case the Buddy Reads folder (from the main discussion list, just click the Buddy Reads header). Click on the "new topic" link at the top of the list of threads (right-hand side, right above the "last activity" header). Fill in your topic name, the book or author it's about (optional) and your opening message, then click post. Your thread will be created, and you're ready to discuss. Have fun!

LOL! I thought we might have had our wires crossed somehow! But it gave me an excuse to post information that some people might not know, so it's all good. =) Sorry I didn't make things clearer from the beginning though!

No problem...it's amazing how that kind of thing happens sometimes - you go back and reread something that you understood perfectly and it's nothing like what you thought you read the first time through! I'm just glad we got it sorted out and that you two are enjoying the buddy reads so much!

If you would like, you can create a separate thread in this folder for the book. If anyone wants to join you they can comment in that thread.

I just read this one recently and really liked it! I would be happy to comment on it after you've read it if you want to start a thread :)

Hello, I am new to this group and would love to do a buddy read not vary picky when it come to romance. I normally pretty spicy romance but I will read just about any.

Carie, Sunshine, we’re starting a buddy read for Deke tomorrow (Saturday). It is #3 in a series, but the MCs are very briefly introduced in the previous book, so you’d be okay reading it as a stand-alone. Feel free to join us :)

For those looking for a Reading Buddy, I read lot's of Romance Novels, I love Paranormal ones but I like to read other types of romance novels as well, I'm also a huge fan of reverse harmen ;) So if you like similar books I would love to be your reading buddy! I'm new also I love reading all sorts of romance novels but usually read more paranormal and reverse harmen stuff. If you would like a reading buddy I'm not picky about what we read and I usually read 1 book in a day or two feel free to message me if you want a friend to read with!

I read constantly I read 1 book every one to two days so if you like romance novels I would love to buddy up and read one with you!

I would love to do a buddy read if someone is interested. I have a list of books to read this year. I usually do the monthly challenge and find one on my list that fits the challenges. So I can get through my giant tbr lol sooooo if that interests anyone who also does the monthly challenges as well let me know :)
