I have a question.
Why is the witch application so small? And why isn't there a personality section included?
Is it because they're not going to be playing as big as a part in the plot line, or...?

It's been far too long since I've seen soul eater, I might have to re-watch a few episodes.

No I don't think so. Feliness is just really old, and can usually guess.
