-Soul Protect
-Flight
-She has the ability to know someone's location, so long as she's seen their face within the past two weeks or has a large emotional attachment to them.
-She has the ability to summon hounds to fight along side her, the hounds can breathe fire, and turn to ash after they are destroyed. (They're easy to kill, it's just a bit difficult to avoid the fire)
-She also has the ability to just summon one hound with fire breathing, but it's more powerful and harder to kill
-She can 'speak' to other dogs (It's not really speaking to them, it's more like sifting through their memories and emotions)
-She can grow large claws, that are strong and sharp. They can withstand a few blows from a Meister's weapon.


History: She was born between a young couple, and soon after her birth, Evelyn's father left her mother to be a single mom. However, everything had been fine, especially with the help of her aunt Lupe. But then, after Evelyn had summoned her first hound during second grade recess, well, nothing was quite the same again. They moved, and Lupe revealed that she was a witch, a dog just like Evelyn. Evelyn's mother wasn't quite sure how to react to the news, and years later, she still isn't. What are you supposed to do when your daughter's a witch? But Evelyn's mother still loves her, and while it isn't the same relationship as before, it's still a healthy one.

Personality:
Evelyn is an outgoing person, who's always looking for a new friend. Because of that, she trusts people too easily. She's extremely curious, and it's caused quite a bit of trouble in the past. She's loyal to the people she loves, and is a glass half full kind of witch. However, she's wary of Weapons and Meisters, and doesn't come to trust them as quickly as she would with others. But she loves hanging around them, they're usually interesting.

Powers: Feliness' powers are dumbed down a lot, and she never uses them. A lot of the time her magic will fade fast, and she will refuse to tell why it does so. When her powers are working she can use illusions. She also has an ability called Deep Cut, which sends a shockwave that cuts like knives. And if you really make her mad, she has an ability called Shattered heart, that will fly you backwards and render all soul ability useless for five minutes. But will usually drain her magic.

History: Feliness refuses to talk about her past to anyone. She claims, however, that she and Lord Death have a history, and that he shall not harm her "children," as long as they don't attack first. Is also very open minded to witches who want to be good. She actually started her own society, and anyone who joins she calls her "children." She only has four children of blood, which is Medusa and Arachne. The two have since betrayed her and broke her trust. Though she is sad they are dead. She doesn't say who the other children are, but she swears she's had four.

Personality: She is stable and considerate. She always seems to have a flat, calm look on her face, never getting mad and always understanding ones problems. She will also make deals with people and help them if needed. She has a damaged trust, but she refuses to let that stop her from trusting others.
