Eli was on his way to buy some fruit or food either way. He had some money and things to sells. He had a wide grin on his face.

Maribelle was walking through the streets of Barcelona. She was going to by fabric for her little sisters birthday dress.

Eli was told one walk around before heading back home, exactly that. He stopped at some stalls for food and wandered. He suddenly found some fabric. He needed fabric.

Maribelle went into the fabric shop looking for the colors she needed for the dress. She had the design in her head already.

Eli grabbed some brown fabric and some red. The red was for him, Eli searched for more reds and browns.

Maribelle chose a pink and a white, and some gold embroidery fabric.

Eli went to buy the fabrics. Maybe he could patch up his shirt. It didn't matter, at least he got some.

Eli bought the fabrics and left to his home.

Maribelle went home to begin working on the dress.

Eli put the fabrics in front of his mom. He was only child and his died, somewhere. His mom smiled and set the fabric out to work. Eli left her to what she did and he went to read.

She already knew her sister, Priscilla's, measurements.

Eli was reading some new books. He knew one was by the author of Thomas Moore. Eli didn't like the world in the story, but continued on with curiosity.

After an hour or so, the frilly pink birthday dress had been completed.

Eli waited until his mom called him. He came running to her. Her work was done and now he had a nice suit. Eli hugged her and thanked her. His mom nodded and started working on a bright red dress.

Maribelle folded the dress and and put it in a box for her birthday.

Eli left and took the red dress with him. He ran to the market and started to try and sell the red dress.

Maribelle went to go buy herself a dress.

He held to dress by the shoulders and waved it around a little and watched people go by.

Maribelle saw him, "How much for the dress?"

Eli looked at the girl. "About 25 but it just matters how much you got," he said.

She handed him 25, "Thank you. If I may ask for name?"

Eli took the 25. "My name's Eli, what is your's?" he asked.

"Maribelle Young," she said politely, "How do you do?"

Eli smiled. "I'm doing well," he replied.

"Good," she said.

He nodded. "What are you going to do with the dress?" Eli asked

"Fit it to my size and wear it of course," she said.

Eli laughed. "Okay, fine. Do you make dresses?" he asked.

She nodded, "Doesn't every fair maiden?"

Eli laughed a little. "I mean actual dresses that people wear and like."

She glared at him, "I'll have you know I tailored this fine dress I am wearing right now and have just finished a birthday dress for my sister."

Eli backed away a little. "Okay, your great at what you do. You tailor and sew, I sell and trade."

"I can see that," she said calmly.

Eli took a step forward. "Keep the money. Buy some fabrics. Just find me tomorrow." He gave her the money and left.
