Ridget scurried through the streets of the town.

Dante was splayed across the rooftops watchin the clouds float by. He glanced down to see something scurry by in the streets.

shaking his head he watched the smaller creature.

Ridget was scurrying around, dodging people's feet.

Dante crept across the rooftops following the small weasel lazily.

"I knew i should have stayed home." he murmers.

Ridget was trapped in between people. There were people all around him, and he got scared.

Dante snarled under his breath as he saw the youngling trapped and close to getting trampled.

He quickly jumped down and darted around people causing panic when they caught sight of him. He quickly grabbed the cub by scruff of neck and darted into a allyway

Ridget turned around and hugged Dante's snout. "Th-thank you."

He bumped his nose against his cheek and sighed,"whatever". he started padding off.

Ridget ran after him. "W-wait for me."

Dante turned his head and sighed,"where am i taking you youngling"?

"I-I don't know. Anywhere."

"parents, siblings, aunts, uncle?" dante said slowing down .

"M-my mom told me to go exploring, until nightfall."

"You can come withm e, heads up though im probaly just going to sleep," he says.

"mind walking alittle faster i want to get there before i have to take you back",he says.

Ridget runs to keep up with him.

Dante sighs before turning and once again oicking up the cub and taking off at a run.

Ridget held on tight.

he padded up to a large tree and leapt up the branches. he settled up at the top of the tree and set the cub down keeping an eye while he stretched out.

Ridget laid down on the branch, asleep.

glad to know he has the right idea, dante thinks before joing ridget in sleep.

Ridget was fast asleep.

Dante drifted into awarness slowly. he glanced at the wesael sleeping and gently picked him up and started carrying him down the trree

Ridget was still fast asleep.

Dante gently sent him down so he could sniff to get his scent. he quickly picked him back up and padded in the direction he could smell the youngling comeing froim before.

he quickly found the place he lived and gently set him down in front of it.

Ridget's mother came out of the hole. "Thank you." She told Dante as she took Ridget inside.

he muttered,"your welcome", before padding off back to his tree.

He was lounging underneath a differnet tree eyes closed.
