Homework should be kept as reinforcement, not as a learning replacement
Homework, should not be banned! It shows whether you understand the assignment or not!
home work shold be bannd its pointless they could dow all the homework done in the class if the teachers would get off there asses and teach faster

My math teacher decides that he should teach through homework. Ugh
And I'm assuming those 30something weren't quadratics either. Once more, ugh

Just remember the quadratic equation and then life will be easier
I agree with some people up there... homework should not replace the teacher from usually teaching. BUT I think some homework is needed so we get through all the units.
I think we could all agree that we hate homework, and that our lives will probably be better without it. But i believe that homework is crucial. The main purpose for the homework is for you go over everything you learned previously, and to get you prepared for what material is coming. So no, i dont think homework should be banned

As much as I hate having homework and having to do it... Yes, I do think we shouldn't ban it. Now, don't hate me JUST yet! Homework is to review what you learned previously, in school. Without homework to further increase your understanding on the unit, homework also is good for the brain. It's good to exercise your brain until you need a break.
And unless you have a homework overdose, where the teacher is excessively giving you homework that's unnecessary when you've been working on it for a while, than I hardly think we should ban it.
Oh gosh, don't kill me for saying we shouldn't ban homework. XD
Don't worry...i won't hold a grudge. LOL
I am against homework. We are in school for 6 1/2 hours, the teachers should be able to teach concepts in that time. Homework should be optional if you want practice.
@H99 I'd take the homework for studying, and that's all. Just saying.
