I know. But seriously, she's the only person, particularly female, who he thinks is smart enough to be worthy of his attention. He never insults her the way hre does almost everyone else.
That's true. Look up Irene's Theme on iTunes, or YouTube or something. He wrote it to show his luuuuurve for her. Speaking of luuurve, Sherlock says it at the end of a Scandal in Belgravia, the Christmas scene, and he's being SO mean to Molly (3), he says luurve!! Seriously. I will find a clip. Also, in the same episode, he says Laters! Swoon.

He says la'ers not laters!

If you look on the Sherlock soundtrack, The Woman and SHERlocked are actually quite good songs, and depending on what mood you're in, vair sad.
i ahve always thought how people with the last name "holmes" "watson" or "adler" might feel! haven't found anyone "moriarty". :D
no, obviously not weird and totally cool! that's why i think of it. having a surname the same as a character of your favorite books! awesome!
omg! thats amazing! a fanfic from moriarty's point of view! excuse me while i fetch my pen and notebook!
my dear sweet moriarty! ok, not sweet, but adorable! hehehehe. oh he's going to meet loki and john harrison and maybe the joker!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! a villain fanfic! ooooohhhhhh!!!!!! this has made my day!
A Welsh rugby side of the eighties had a Holmes and Moriarty in the team!!
Ooh, this should be exciting :-) I don't know what sort of books she writes, I don't think they're that interesting though.
I certainly hope that nothing romantic develops. I mean, it simply isn't Sherlock's style. It would be like, like... making Mycroft a playboy or something! Besides, all though Sherlock respects Irene, I don't think that he ever showed any romantic feelings towards her. He cares more for his 'friends', Mrs Hudson, Inspector Lestrade, and, of course, Watson.
hhmm.....i have the same views. i slightly get pissed when Holmes is romantic towards ANYTHING OR ANYONE!he's just Sherlock Holmes!
Thank goodness that someone agrees with me! I was starting to think that I was the only on who did not believe in a Sherlock/Irene romance! :D
I believe in it, but I support Sherlock and Molly more. It's so sad when Sherlock's mean to Molly becasue she likes him sooo much. I do not support Johnlock anymore, sorry to those fans.
I ship Sherlolly. At first I thought it was just going to be one of those ships that never comes true...But with the way he acted towards her in season three....I'm kinda hoping it doesn't happen though. Because then they'll have to put up with the annoyance of the other ships and they would probably break up.
yeah. jhonlock is good, but i almost always feel like HE'S SHERLOCK HOLMES NO HE'S MARIED TO HIS WORK. and Doyle said anyway, ‘Holmes is as inhuman as a Babbage’s Calculating Machine, and just about as likely to fall in love’
but then again, he also said ‘You may marry him, murder him, or do anything you like to him.'
So i guess each one of us has their own version of Sherlock Holmes that they like in our minds. your thoughts?
