Goodreads Librarians Group discussion

Hi all, came across this mess while adding another edition to my 'owned books' shelf. The librarian who added it got the author's name right, the fact that the edition was written in English and that's about it, wrong title, and no other information put into the details to help anyone work out which edition they were working from.

The edition you posted looks like it should be deleted. Someone added a book that didn't need adding

When you see a book with a misspelled author or title and no ISBN or other info, it's a pretty sure bet someone added it because they couldn't find it in the database.

And it's gone
