Sarah Dessen Lovers <3 discussion

Okay, so we already know Sarah Dessen's Books are...AMAZING! What other books are really good that people that like Sarah Dessen's books like?...if that makes sense! :)

I absolutely loved The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants series by Ann Brashares. Her writing and storylines are quite similair to Sarah Dessen. Also, a book called Amazing Grace by Megan Shull is very Sarah Dessen-ish. ;)

and i just found out about two other books that she wrote (Ann Brashares) and i think i'm going to read those next

I'm not really sure what would be like Sarah Dessen's bookis....She has a unique kind of way where everything falls apart, then the ending is always happy and it fits perfectly!

i really like Dairy Queen by Catherine Gilbert Murdock!

I've saw that book before! Not in a movie or anything, but just like the booko n display!

I just thought of another book that's similair to Sarah Dessen. It's called Hope Was Here, by Joan Bauer.

It's very good. :D

I'll go look that up at the library too! :) Right now, i'm going to read the sequel to the Luxe :) It's a total gossip girl book that I usually don't really like, but I like this series :)

I have a couple Elizabeth Scott books on my to-read list. They sound really great! I'm excited to read them. :)

I just started reading that today! It's really good so far. ;)

How Not to Be Popular is about a girl who is constantly moves. So I guess she's always really sad when she moves so she's hoping not to have any friends at her school so she wouldn't have anything to miss...

And I dont think How Not To Be Popular is like sarah dessen. The book is very different. It really is more about a girl moving consistantly then so she is not as sad wen she leavs she trys not to be popular but ends up living there and becoming popular!

i just luv HER BOOKS the truth about forever and someone like you my favorites and i like da fact that she keeps her books relistic and that it leaves you wondering were did she get her inspiration from
