Do you like Halloween? Have a favorite Halloween memory? Do you dress up as your favorite monster for Halloween? Share with us!

Kevin Kuenkler | 2 comments I celebrate Halloween all year long. In fact, I am in countdown mode starting on November 1. Oh sure, there is that "other" holiday in there...Christmas...but Halloween is the one holliday that matters...LOL. I dress up and sit out at the end of my driveway handing out candy with all my decorations around me and sometimes scare someone. Loads of fun.

That's cool, man. What do you dress up as?

Kevin Kuenkler | 2 comments I have a cross between a zombie and Las Vegas pimp. I just sit there holding the candy and when someone comes up and starts to grab a piece....WHAM!!...I move and they run.

That's awesome. I'd love to see pictures.

I am usually a vampire. LOL. It's gets scarier every year. I have cutsom made fangs, yellow contact lenses called "Lost Boys", claws, lots of blood, all black clothes, and a little pin that says "Vampires Don't Sparkle".

Angie (zephyrsong) My favorite Halloween was when I worked at CVS and dressed up as a zombie employee when I worked that day. It was a truck day so I was out on the floor loading up shelves when I noticed a little kid peeking into the isle I was in. All I did was wave at him, and he took of running. After that I had fun scaring customers throughout the day. The only down fall was that I had to listen to lame jokes like "you needed a band aid" for like a month from people that came in that day.

But when I do get the chance to dress up now I do a zombie or vampire get up. . .more vampire now that I have kids, the zombie thing scares them a little to much.

Lucy | 7 comments I LOVE Halloween! It is, by far, my favorite holiday. I haven't dressed up for years...but I'm thinking that this year I might want to do the zombie walk in Asbury Park. One of my "if I win the lottery" dreams is to build a house that looks like the Addams Family house...and it will be Halloween all year long! :)

OMG, Lucy, the thing about the house sounds awesome. What's "The Zombie Walk" in Asbury? I live close to there, what is it???

Lucy | 7 comments It was on October 6th last year...I have a few links. Not sure when it's going to be this year...because of Sandy.

Edward Cardillo (edwardpcardillo) | 7 comments I love Halloween. It's my favorite holiday. I'm one of those people who really decorates the whole front yard, sound effects, etc...

My whole neighborhood gets into it (we have a lot of families). One year we even made the local paper as THE neighborhood to go to...my house got over 150 trick-or-treaters that year. My wife had to run out to buy more candy twice.

Edward Cardillo (edwardpcardillo) | 7 comments Who here thinks there should be a half-way to Halloween in April? The weather would actually be similar to October (maybe a little better). Since Halloween was tied to the harvest cycle, it could mark the beginning of planting crops as well as the end.

That would be awesome.

Anyone familiar with the Phantasm movie series. Five films between 1979 and 2016. Angus Scrim as the Tall Man. I like to watch all five during the month of October.
