I'm re-working this thread as a place where anyone can post about different exciting things they've found on Goodreads.com that the rest of the group might be interested in. Such topics might include author Q&A, other groups, etc.

Here's my newest bit of excitement: Goodreads just announced that they're starting a YA newsletter! This librarian is all signed up to recieve this newsletter, which promises to keep everyone up-to-date on new releases, author viedos, and more.

The announcement also has a link to the May newsletter, as well as instructions on how to set your preferences to recieve the newsletter via e-mail when it comes out.

Any Sarah Dessen fans out there? Goodreads will be hosting a Q & A session with this author on Tuesday, June 25. She'll be talking about her newest book The Moon and More.

I know of at least a couple of Markus Zusak fans in this group! If you enjoyed The Book Thief, I Am the Messenger, or any of this author's other works, then you may be interested in Zusak's upcoming video chat here on Goodreads. The chat will take place on November 5. During this chat, Zusak will primarily be talking about his most famous work, The Book Thief, as well as the upcoming film adaptation.
