I am not surprised that Lydia and Wickham had no shame when they came to visit.They both don't care as long as they get what they want.Wickham money and his debts payed plus going into the regular army and Lydia married.

I was never surprised either! Lydia only ever wanted to be married - even if it is to Wickham - and she was so smug that she was married first, the youngest! And WIckhma, he has the money, a fair amount of revenge on Darcy and going into the army where he can escpae Lydia some of the time!
