Hi Ali,
The group meets at Caribou Cafe every month. We can bring any books we like as suggestions and the one with majority votes wins.

We give ourselves a month to finish a book, and we meet to discuss it and then pick a new book for the next month.

Fatma (group moderator) is the one who initiated this, and she usually sends us all messages on twitter or whatever to agree on a meeting

so which Caribou Cafe (i understand the are many in muscat) , and when are we meeting?

There are only 2 Caribou Cafes. We usually meet in the Bareeq Al Shatti branch
It's okay, if you don't have a twitter account, we will make sure we're active here in the group

Our next meeting is probably end of this month. We'll keep you posted :)

Hi Ali! First of all welcome to the book club! I'm so glad you joined and also very sorry that I didn't read your message yet as I've been using the Goodreads app on my iPhone which I just realised (after reading your post) doesn't seem to give me access to my messages!!

Anyway I hope you come to our next meeting which we will have at some point next week. I hope you have a book picked out!
