Hmmm, I never thought of that. But Nora wasn't born Nephilim, she had a transfusion from Hank to give her Nephil abilities so does that count because Hank had sworn fealty to Chauncey? I guess it is one of those minor details that writers don't think about but readers pick up. Vee would have the same problem with her human husband.
Nephilim's were the offspring of fallen angles and humans, right? Wouldn't Patch start to age since he got his human body or is he still considered an angel?
Considering that's in my bible I should have known that. But they only get a paragraph or so. They get their own genre here!
I dont think he got his human body back. I thought all that changed for him was that he could feel physical sensation after nora cut her scar or whatever. So he would still be immortal.
I have read the first two books in this series, and thought they were okay. I could see parallels between them and "Twilight," which put me off a little bit. I haven't yet read "Silence" or "Finale," but I fully intend to.
I really loved Hush Hush, but I felt like the series kind of took a plunge after the first book. I really, really wanted to enjoy the whole series, but I ended up giving up after finishing Silence. I love Fitzpatrick's writing style though and she has a murder mystery out called Black Ice that I want to read.
Hush, Hush was baaaaad for me. After reading reviews of the next books not being as good I just gave up on this series.

Okay so for those of you who have read it, the ending confused me! The book said that nephilim stop aging whenever they swear fealty. But the main girl never swore fealty......so basically she will continue to get old while Patch stays his handsome self? That doesnt really sound like a good ending to me haha. Did I miss something?? Cause I really hope so.....
