If you want to make a minor character, or someone that gets little to no screen-time (Would it be RP-time in this case?), feel free to write much less, and leave the personality and redeeming qualities/flaws blank.

Name and/or nicknames: Matthew "The Overseer"

Personality: The Overseer is the dictator of one of the larger village settlements. He is a very strict ruler, and seems to abide by a strict set of laws and regulations.
The punishments he doles out are very severe, ranging from exile to death.
The only reason he's still in power is because he can keep the raiders and marauders out. This is because he struck up a deal with them for water and supplies, but other people think that it's because he's the only one that knows what triggers them, and how to keep them out.
He is very harsh, and nobody in the village likes him, including his personal guard.

Physical appearance: A tall, muscular man, with dark, tan skin, and wispy black hair. He is very masculine and mach, and seems like he would be capable of holding his own in unarmed combat. He is aged 47.

Clothing: The Overseer is always seen wearing a white polo and baggy, khaki cargo pants at every occasion, formal or informal.

Armaments: The Overseer, being very paranoid and introverted, is the only person who carries the key to the village arsenal, tucked safely away in the pocket of his polo shirt. Inside the arsenal are a few assault rifles and pistols with limited ammo, grenades, C4 landmines, and a broken nuclear bomb.

Redeeming qualities and flaws: He is a complete egocentric douchebag.

Name and/or nicknames: Kathleen (Kath or Leena or Crazy Child)

Age: 17-ish

Personality: Kathleen is an odd, lucid girl who is never all there. Her acts are fluid, like water or air, and her voice is but a whisper among shouting. She is mysterious and only seems to speak in riddles and rhymes. She is often found alone, speaking to herself.
She enjoys Music and Art more than anything in the world. She went weeks without any real interaction with anything besides her dyes and pan flute.

Physical appearance:Kathleen is average height, reaching five feet. Her eyes are large and hazel. Her face is loaded with freckles and her hair is gold like hair. She is frail and thin, but pretty none the less. (view spoiler)[ (hide spoiler)]

Clothing: Kathleen wears flowy dresses that are vibrantly painted.

Age: 15

Personality: James is jumpy and jittery, but makes up for it by running really fast and having rather good vision. He doesn't let down a friend who's in need, and doesn't scare as easily as one might think, despite the fact that he's high-strung.

Physical appearance: James is scrawny and all skin and bone. He's abnormally light for his age, but doesn't seem to show signs of malnutrition, abuse, or unhealthiness. He also eats twice his weight on a daily basis. He has short, thick, light brown hair.

Clothing: It changes on a daily basis, depending on what he can find.

Armaments: A small, untarnished butterfly knife that used to belong to his dad.

Redeeming qualities and flaws: Loyal, Jittery, Caring, and Temperamental.

Name: Johnny

Nicknames: Fox, kid, mostly just called Trapper

Age: 10

Personality: Adventerous, brave, courageous, trapper, tracker, can be very quiet when needed, and is great at pranking.

Physical appearance: He is small for his age, and is thin. He has cat's eyes, one is blue, the other is green. His hair is dark brown, short, and spikey. The part of his hair that is in front, will sometimes droop over his eyes, if it gets wet enough. He has no freckles and his face is clean of any defects.

Clothing: He wears a black t-shirt, with blue jeans, that are too long. He wears black combat boots that make his feet look bigger than they are. He wears an oversize water proof USAF jacket.

Armaments: a bowie knife

Redeeming qualities: Excellent Archer, Trapper, and tracker

Flaws: Will sometimes act like a dog, and as a result, he is distracted by meat, bones, and chew toys.

You only really get weapons from the Overseer if you make a special request, so normally he wouldn't have access to those armaments.

then why have an armaments part? if only the overseer has them?

Age- 18

Date of Birth- The fifteenth of April

Personality- Millie is the quiet and mysterious type. She never let's on to anything involving her history, family. She reframes from speaking to anyone, and is a solo survivor. Her enjoys her solitude and a quiet atmosphere. She is extremely difficult to read. Whether she wants to give you a big kiss, or stab a fork in your eye, you'll probably never know.She is very strong, and hardly has a terrified bone in her body. She can be very witty and clever, and is very fast and quick on her feet. She is very intelligent, and can subconsciously pick out what is the best thing to do. She is very rational and will do whatever is in the best interest of herself in order to keep alive during these hard times.

Redeeming Qualities- She is skilled with martial arts, and tends to have an innocent look to herself. She is very clever and quick on her feet, and she is very stealthy.

Flaws- Millie can be hard headed, which tends to get her in trouble. She has a short attention span, so she is easily distracted by anything shiny or interesting enough to draw her attention away.

Physical Appearance- Millicent has long, luxurious, thick white blond which fall into natural waves. Her face is structured into a soft and gentle feature; high and shallow cheek bones, full cheeks and reddish peach lips, and a slender jaw line. She has an adorable button nose. She has a glowing complexion, and her skin is nearly flawless with a couple of freckles dappled beneath her eyes and across the bridge of her nose. She has moderately thick eyebrows arched to perfection. This lovely lady stands at about 5'5", her legs being long and lithe in comparison to her body. She has a small body structure, and a small build due to the lack of food. Her body is somewhat long and slender, giving her the tall accent when in reality she is rather short. Her eyes are an unusual color, the color being a steely metallic blue, though they are very clear and unnerving. Her pupils are slightly hazy, and surrounded with a sparking green. She has long, thick eyelashes that are the color of ebony.

Clothing- Clothing wise, she wears a black tank top, a pair of ripped jeans, and some worn out white tennis shoes.

Armaments- Millie will almost always carry some sort of weapon with her; whether it being a shard of glass or a bit of sharp metal. She can be extremely paranoid and cautious. She will usually carry a small silver dagger in her belt, although she is highly skilled with martial arts.

Age: 16

Personality: Charlie is a girl who is basically just scared. She uses her sarcastic wit as a shield from the outside world. She doesn't enjoy interacting with people and would much rather be by herself. She likes to think very deeply about huge topics. She also won't open up to you unless you've earned her trust. She thinks very rationally and is very precise in everything she does.

Physical appearance: Charlie has long brown hair that curls just past her belly button. She has a round face with big, brown eyes and big red lips. Her cheekbones stick out of her face and when she smiles, she has dimples. She is short, only 5'1 and she is skinny as a stick.

Clothing: She usually wears beat up tomboyish clothing. Ripped up jeans and a sweatshirt are her favorite things to sport.

Armaments: A small dagger.

Redeeming qualities and flaws: Her most redeeming quality is her sense of humor. She also has a great deal of loyalty and once you befriend her, she has your back for life. A flaw is that she is very standoffish when you don't know her. She can sometimes come across as proud or arrogant.

Age: 16

Personality: quiet, calm, fun to be around, stubborn, sweet, and really polite but you dont want to piss her off

Physical appearance: stands about 5'4, has the body of a model, her hair is dark brown and reaches the middle of her back and her eyes are a beautiful crystal blue color.

Clothing: usually a black tank top, light grey skinny jeans, black shoes and a black leathered half jacket.

Armaments: a silver dagger

Redeeming qualities and flaws: her redeeming quality is being able to change her attitude quickly and her flaw is she is too quiet

Name: Mckenzi 'Care-taker'
Nickname: Kenzi, Care-taker, Kenz
Age: 12
Personality: Kenzi is playfully sarcastic and friendly. She is reluctant to trust the others in the village. Kenzi is very protective of those few she trusts. Kenzi is highly intellegent and works as a nurse. The only people Kenzi has a soft spot for is young children.
Physical appearance: Kenzi is 4 foot 9 and weighs about 95 pounds. Her hair is jet black and falls to her shoulders. Her skin is a pale white with ice blue eyes. She has no inpurities on her face or skin.
Clothing: Her normal outfit is a black tank top with red jeans. Over her tank top she wears a black leather coat. All of her clothing looks to be a half size to small. On her feets she wears black knee high boots with a 3 inch heel.
Arnaments: She keeps a small sword strapped to her waist so she can defend herself if needed.
Redeming qualities: She is one of the best nurses the village has had
She can speak and understand russian (Her mother taught it to her before she died)
Flaws: Kenzi has no hunting, tracking or fighting skills.
If she is nervous or annoyed Kenzi has been known to say things in russian
