"ScienceDaily (Mar. 13, 2009) — With origins dating back over 4,000 years, green tea has long been a popular beverage in Asian culture, and is increasingly gaining popularity in the United States. I'm glad to enjoy all the benefits of green tea just need to make it a daily habit. I've never been a big coffee drinker yet I seem to be sensitive to even small amounts. Anyway, I am more than halfway through my two week weaning plan. :p
I wish I could say the same but I am addicted horribly to coffee. I cannot function in the mornings at all without it. Today was no exception as I needed about 5 cups to help my sinus pain.
My environmental illness Dr. wanted me off coffee and tea due to the powerful terpenes, however, I love them both and cannot give them up. I know that in some cases coffee can cause migraine per Dr. Sherry Rogers either The EI Syndrome or Tired or Toxic?

Well, I finished my 2-wk weaning. Then the following day I had another horrific migraine and finally after 7 or 8 hrs, I went bought a strong cup of coffee from Starbucks. I was so disgusted but a couple of hrs later, and it was finally gone. Had I been drinking coffee every day though it may not have worked. Just green tea today, hardly any headache at all.

No migraine for over a week. I allowed myself a cup of coffee today for a treat but will not do that again for another week. Interesting to see how this goes...
Sure hope it works for you. For me getting off citrus (lemon especially in my tea) was critical.
