Goodreads Librarians Group discussion

I just bought this book, and wanted to add it to my books here, however, when I entered the ISBN 13, the description of the book came up in Spanish, even if the book I have is the French (original) edition.

I just wanted to make sure it is OK to change this on the book page before I actually do so.

And the same problem for book 2 - Le deuxième sexe 2 ISBN 13 9782070323524, it says it is the Spanish translation, but I have the French original with this ISBN number.

Yes it's fine. Some has set the Spanish edition description as the default to be used if there is no description.

You can edit the description to French

that's what I'll do then - I just wanted to make sure I wasn't making a mistake first :)
