A game to get your creative juices flowing.

The first person will state something that they wish for and the next person will take that wish and corrupt it. For example,

First: I wish that I had a stuffed lion.
Second: Granted, but it comes to life and eats all of your socks.
I wish that I had a million dollars.
Next: Granted, but it's all in pennies.
Etc.

I wish that I could solve a mystery with Nancy Drew.

Granted but when you find the murderer he kills you.

I wish I could meet John Green

Granted, but it's not the author John Green, it's a different person by the same name.

I wish that I had some chocolate milk right now.

Granted, but you can only drink it out of a boot.

I wish I could speak hundreds of different languages fluently.

Granted, but you have to switch languages every other word.

I wish I was living in London right now.

Granted but it Rains all the time.

I wish I could be in my 20's forever

Granted, but if that does happen, that would mean that time has frozen or there is some sort of 'groundhog day' event happening. Or, this time malfunction would only happen to you and you'd have to see your friends and family grow old while you stay young. Also, you would never be able to have/use any senior discounts.

I wish that I could find true happiness.

Granted, but it's a naked mole rat named True Happiness.

I wish I could go to Hogwarts.

Granted, but you're merely a painting on the wall.
I wish I could meet the vlogbrothers

Granted, but you'll be nothing more than a pesky fly.

I wish I could teleport to places.

Granted, but the only places you can teleport to are dumpsters.

I wish Peeta was in love with me.

Granted, but he is gay and you are a guy.

I wish Hank would write a song about me.

Granted, but Hank was drunk while writing it, and doesn't remember it the next day.

I wish it was always pleasant weather out.

Granted, but you cannot step outside the house because you've been grounded forever.

I wish I was The Doctor's companion.

Granted, but you are an animal.

I wish I could teleport to the library.

Granted, there will be no books in the library. They've all been burned to ashes.

You get A's on all your subjects without studying.

Granted, but everyone thinks you cheated and you get kicked out of school.

I wish I had one copy of every book ever written.

Granted, but they're all written in a language that you don't know how to read.

I wish that Digimon were real.

Granted but Pikachu got jealous and ripped your guts out
I wish for world peace

Granted but the wizard is deaf in one ear and grants you an entire planet of peas
I wish for an autograph from John Green

Granted but your best friend is so jealous she steals it thus ending your friendship.
Magic was real

Granted, but you can only use it to bake a cake
I wish I had the power to slow time down.

Granted but once you have spoken all the languages you forget how to read.

I wish I could become a timelord.

Granted but Timelord just turns out to be a new Lego game, and you become the spokesperson.
I wish everyone could read.

Granted but after reading 100 books they turn into babies.

I wish I could dance.

granted but then you become extremely famous and you "crack under the stress"

Granted but you meet her after she's retired and lost her voice.

I wish I had the ability to erase memories.

Granted, but you accidentally erase your own memory and forget everything

I wish I could fly

Granted but you don't know how to control and you fly into a building
I wish I candy wasn't bad for you

Granted but all liquids become toxic and you die of thirst
I wish everyone were more thoughtful

Okay, granted. People will be really thoughtful and do a lot of good things to you. But you will never find out who did what and you'll be really nice to the a-holes and crappy to the actual sweet ones.

And and and, I wish to be able to read A LOT of books in like a really short time, along with managing studies & music.

Granted, you'll be able to achieve all of it in a day but the moment the next day starts you'll have forgotten it all and starting again.

I almost forgot mine. I wish I were studying in Hogwarts.

Awesome, you'll be studying at Hogwarts. But you'll have Dolores Umbridge as your headmistress for all seven years and no actual magic, no qudditch, no nothing actually allowed. ;)

Granted, but the moment you solve it, it goes back to being unsolved and you have to keep doing it

I wish John Green was my English teacher

Granted, but the second you walk in on the first day you forget all of his books and who he is.


I wish the ending of allegiant from the divergent series was different and Tobias and tris end up together and happy.

Veronica Roth is willing to change the ending just for you, but you don't specify any other conditions, so she kills off everyone except the couple, who is now extremely defenseless facing sixty-three piranhas in the moat surrounding them.

I wish I had five kittens to cuddle with right now.

Granted, but you get like a job to be her best friend and best friend only. There's nothing else happening in your life ever, it's just Taylor Taylor Taylor. :p
